Starbucks — Restaurant in Harrisonburg

So me and my husband go to Starbucks whenever possible. Anyway this location is the worst one I've ever been in. I get a Java chip with extra Java chip and 2 shots of espresso, I watched the woman make it as I always do she only put 2 scoops of chips in it no mocha and no sugar. I tasted it and all it tasted like was black coffee. I told her and asked for my money back because she was in a horrible mood even as she was making it, she gave me an attitude never said would you like me to remake it instead of a refund nothing. There are several Starbucks shops in town. Pick a different one. When you ask for a drink made the way you like it the Barista and staff will argue with you. They will tell you, "That's not how we were trained to do it", rather than make it the way that you like it. I've been a customer at Starbucks for several decades now and have simple orders.
