Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hartford

Hello,

I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I’ve been experiencing at this location. Over the past few weeks, the store has not been opening on time. The posted hours say it opens at 5:00 AM, but on several occasions when I arrive around 5:30–5:35 AM, it’s closed no one to be around or the store is just beginning to open. At times, it does not open until 6:00 AM.

This issue seems to occur only when the same gentleman is working the morning shift. He takes a long time to get started, appears to be in no rush when taking or preparing orders, and often has an unfriendly attitude. A few times he has even forgotten part of my order, such as my drink, and I’ve had to remind him—even though I was the only customer there.

On the other hand, when the ladies are working, the store always opens on time. Everything is ready, the service is efficient, and they are cheerful and welcoming.

I wanted to share this because it’s becoming a pattern, and it makes a big difference in the customer experience. I hope this can be addressed so that mornings are consistent and customers can rely on the posted...

Tried to use my reward for a free sandwich and it didn't work... the lady was like "don't know what to tell you" so I said I don't want it then. She's like you need to pay for your sandwich. I said, I'm not paying for something that should've been free... she proceeds to tell me I'm going to pay half .. I respond no I'm not, I don't want the sandwich if I can't use my reward. She continues to go back and fourth with me about this sandwich until I just say you know what, now I don't want anything at all.... got left with a coffee a sandwich and hash browns. Next time give me what I'm paying for because I went to another Dunkin' Donuts Donuts called corporate about this whole situation and they paid my WHOLE MEAL FOR FREE AT A WHOLE DIFFERENT LOCATION! & I still have my free sandwich reward.. so this facility lost out twice with their bad customer service ... it's...

This location is ok at best, there are times that I go there and we get good service but my most recent visit, they usually close at 7, but I got there a 6:45 just to order a hot coffee and the employee was pretty cocky in saying that they were cleaning up and closing and all I was trying to to get was just a hot coffee, and there's been other times I've gone and asked for the midnight blend coffee, they would tell me that they didn't have any and didn't even offer to make a fresh pot, it's literally a hit or miss when I go there, and you do get decent service, but they don't really go above and beyond for...
