Food quality was irrelevant as there is limited food available? It appears staff allows stock to completely deplete before cooking more. I found this hard to believe so I went back multiple times and I was correct. Staff just standing around when product needs to be made for people to purchase. Many other customers approached were told no product with a 20 to 30 minute wait or told more product would not be cooked until a certain time. I literally have never seen one of their businesses run like this. I don't understand paying employees to just stand around and refuse customers. Sad. I think it needs New Management and policies. not the first time they only had pretzel nuggets. when 2 girls were working, there were only pretzel nuggets available. not only this, but they where rock hard, stale, and seemingly +4 hours old. i had a coupon for free pretzel nuggets but still got charged $7 for these rocks, essentially. i don’t like to waste food but it was inedible. it’s such a shame, auntie anne’s pretzel nuggets and cheese are a must for me, but not while I’m visiting turtle creek. my advice? save your time and money. seriously an upsetting way to spend my last $7. really sad that you can’t cut 5 types of pretzels every hour or two, i don’t see...

We have been to the mall 4 times in the last 2 weeks and they never ever have any pretzels available for sale, the people behind the counter just stand around all day, you never see them prepare or bake anything and when you walk up to them they say it will be about 25-30 minutes for a pretzel to be done, I told them what I wanted, came back 30 minutes later and they have not even started on it yet, worse pretzels stand I have ever been to, I want to spend my money there but they...
