My recent encounter at Cinnabon left me utterly dismayed. As my companions and I approached the establishment, excited for a sweet treat, we were met with a rude shock. Despite arriving well before the posted closing time, we were informed that they had decided to close shop 20 minutes early. The blatant disregard for customers who had made the effort to visit is baffling and disrespectful.
What truly added insult to injury was what unfolded next. As we inquired if any cinnamon rolls were available, we were met with indifference. Instead of offering us the chance to enjoy the delectable pastries they are known for, we were forced to sit and watch as an employee systematically crushed all remaining cinnamon rolls into a large container, destined for the trash. The wanton waste of perfectly good food was not only disappointing but deeply unsettling.
This experience raises significant concerns about Cinnabon's commitment to both customer satisfaction and responsible business practices. To close early, especially when patrons were eager to enjoy their offerings, displays a shocking lack of professionalism and regard for the very people who keep their doors open.
It is my sincere hope that Cinnabon takes this critique to heart and uses it as an opportunity to reevaluate their approach to customer service and food wastage. This instance has undoubtedly left a sour taste in my mouth, and I sincerely hope that others are spared from such a disheartening encounter...
Read moreI use to come to this location, frequently, a couple of years ago. The tools were great and the employees were so friendly. It made for an awesome experience! Came back to visit for a week. Stopped by a few days ago about 40 minutes before the store was suppose to be closed. The employees were sitting on the counter. I asked if they were still open and they said, “Nope, sold out”. I wanted a Mochalatta chill. Tonight, I came to get a cinnamon roll and received the same rude service. The cashier rung me up for 2 and I explained I only ordered one. She wanted to look in my bag to make sure I only got one, which I did. It was the tiniest cinnamon roll that I’ve ever paid $6 for. Literally, 4 bites. I don’t know what happened to this place, but I won’t be back. Sad to see such decline, especially after knowing what...
Read moreI requested 4 Cinnabons instead of a small cake. Jim went into the mall a few minutes after 10 this morning to get a box of 4. They had a price for a box of 4 listed as $19.95… he asked for that. The young lady behind the counter said I don’t have a 4 pack I have 6, 9 or 12… he said do you have the boxes… yes we do…. Ok then please put me 4 in a box! I will but I’m going to have to charge you $24 instead of $19!! He said why… because I’m selling you individual ones! This lack of common sense and total lack of communication skills blew his mind! He said you’re going to lose a sale rather than make me a box? Yep! Not going...
