I use their drive thru often and it used to always bother me that, some people don’t understand that it is supposed to be one lane/line that can go to either order screen, but they always seem to want to make their own line, which means cutting in front of someone else, and sometimes they end up blocking customers that are trying to get to the mobile pick up spot or those that are coming out of the parking lot. It is not totally McDonald’s fault, but am sure someone had complained about it and they let it go on for so long. More than a year and a half, since I’ve started going there. Finally, just recently, they put cones, so people can’t just cut in front of others and actually have to get in on one line. So, thank you so much for that! I do want to say, doing the mobile ordering which is supposed to be a convenient way where they bring your order to you, but instead, it has happened more than once that I had to go inside and get my order because it says something had gone wrong. A lot of times, that happens when there is a little bit of rain outside. So, it kind of makes you think if they purposely do that, so the customer ends up having to get out in the rain and not them. They sure could just provide big umbrella’s for their workers to use though. It does happen sometimes especially when they are busy that they forget an item or two, which can be very frustrating especially when you only find out after you’ve already made it home and realize that they forgot to include this and that. Read moreI didn’t ever think of giving a McDonalds such a fabulous review but this restaurant should get an award! had an absolutely amazing visit to this McDonalds today. It was spotlessly clean inside, food was hot and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I was greeted when I entered with a smile, “How are you today, welcome to McDonalds.” I inquired to why I only received two cups when ordering three drinks, “Sir, you ordered a lemonade and I make that for you, It doesn’t come from the fountain he said with a beaming smile.” A few moments later a smiling person came around the corner and said, “Order for Peter” I went to the counter and they said, “You have a beautiful day!” Where did you find these employees? Out in the car everyone was thrilled the Hash Browns were crisp and both they and the Egg McMuffins were hot and tasted farm fresh. I can’t get over myself, what a wonderful experience. Absolutely no sarcasm. Management take note of the date of this review and please do take note of the people you had on staff at 10:15am this morning, don’t loose them! Read moreI went through the drive thru last night and ordered some nuggets and fries. When I got up to the window the guy asked what was on my order, he had "bumped" my order from the screen to make their service times look better. Then I got down the road only to realize he had left out my fries and my sauces. Makes me wonder jow many customers' orders are screwed up just to make the managers at this store look better and faster. Came back to the store which was very inconvenient for me, I just wanted the food items I ordered and my $10 back. Normally I wouldn't bother asking for a refund but I was very angry that I was inconvenienced because of an employee error and the staff was very rude. The manager, Tiffany, never even apologized for their mistake. Then she insisted that I give her my food back before I got a refund. It was about 3 am so that left me almost nowhere else to go and get food. I have worked in customer service for 6 years and in all that time I have never asked for a customer to return food, especially when I was responsible for the mistake. Unbelievable.
