Waffle House — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

Okay so this was easily one of the worst visits I've had in a while. Let me list what all went wrong for you.

My friend and I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese. We received two fried eggs with a slice of American cheese on top. Mine eventually got replaced, but my friends did not.

I ordered the All Star combo, but I never received my sausage patties or waffle until I mentioned it at the end. The waitress brought my waffle, but did not add the pecans and peanut butter chips I was charged for. I asked her to fix it, so she threw some pecans and peanut butter chips on top of the cooked waffle. She also set my two sausage patties on the waffle.

I received zero refills on my water, and I had to go find the waitress to ask for a coffee refill.

I ordered the All Star combo and my fiancee ordered a $5 ham sandwich. Our subtotal ended up being $21.80 for a $7.50 meal, a $5 sandwich, and one coffee.

My friend (who never actually got his eggs) ordered a T-Bone cooked medium. He received a slice of meat that was approximately 1/8 inch thick and was cooked over well done.

Altogether it was an extremely disappointing experience, and based on how poor the service was I recommend avoiding this location and going to the location on Broadway Ave.

The food was mid. The server Dominic was fine. However, the lady dressed as Cecilia Mae was rude for no reason from the get-go. Its literally Halloween night we had such a jolly time this whole day. It was a whole friend group hangout and we wanted to eat Waffle House. Two wanted to eat somewhere else so we got them their foods, the rest of us wanted to dine in waffle house cause its waffle house and it's a good environment right. We walked in, sat ourselves down and this snake lady yells at us that we can't eat outside food inside. We been there for five minutes how would we know that. So, the two eat their food outside in the cold while we waited for our food for 25 minutes. They came back with one cup and the snake lady didnt have enough and yells at us for a petty little cup. Then, threats to kick us out and we're not special when we called her out for being rude to us. Moral of the story, be kinder. its Halloween and it is not serious. We wouldve been dandy if you were professional. You ruin the whole atmosphere and for Dominic im sorry for not tipping man I was broke.. P.S you should quit...

Heather was the rudest person I have experienced I a while. She said we could only eat if it was to go because they didnt have any plates, we said that was ok she said we cant eat inside with togo plates. As you see in the picture plates were over the cooking station. She then said they were out of bacon and sausage trying to get us to leave. The cook immediately went to the other cooler and pulled out a case of each. Said she was just trying to do her job. Raven the other server asked if we wanted to sit down and cleaned the area and said she would wash the dishes her self if she needed to. She was a great server and attitude was amazing. She truly rocked it out and made our night great. After we had our order in Heather then took orders from other customers as they wanted it not forcing them to order togo food.
