Dunkin' — Restaurant in Haverhill

Yesterday, Sept 29 around 6:15- 6:20pm I went to get some coffee and after I drove off to the window my passenger wanted something else, I went and apologized before I even asked to add 2 more items She was a white Female at the window with I I think Colorful hair idk if she facials piercing, I asked her before I pay if I can add 2 more things to the order- she stopped looked and me and started huffing and puffing she was so rude! That I wanted to just drive off I work in a customer service job as well so I can understand when it’s late you’re ready to go home I apologized in advance so it was no reason to be that disrespectful and I hope she was just having a bad day because their are some people who would’ve made a scene and slap this girl up it’s one thing to have an indecisive rude customer but I was nothing but nice I don’t ever write reviews but that girl yesterday was so out of pocket and needs to understand this happens if you’re gonna get upset at people then don’t work in customer...

One of the worst Dunkin in the area. I literally waited 28 minutes in line and I ordered through the mobile app too. What a joke! Then I only get one drink when I ordered 2. The other drink finally shows up and it was supposed to be a caramel latte and it was friggin coffee with caramel syrup in it & sugar which I didn't order sugar in it either. It's on the app what I ordered!!! Do they not know how to read either because they certainly don't know how to make a latte. Never ever again. I'll drive to Georgetown gladly to get what I paid for made correctly and not wait 28 minutes. 😡😡😡

Well I thought I'd give it a second chance and that was my mistake because they can't seem to make a latte if their life depended on it. Twice now I have gotten coffee with caramel syrup and that is NOT a latte. And they never ever bother to stir a regular cup of coffee and the sugar is all in bottom of cup...

They never have donuts, I usually go around 9am. 8/10 they don’t have strawberry frosted, and they have a very slim munchin selection. The drive threw is usually in the road. I have three kids in my car, so going in is extremely hard. If i do go in, it’s still extremely slow. The employees are always having side conversations during rush times. I gave it two stars because when they actually do have donuts they are usually fresh. Also because they can’t help that someone fully capable of waking into the store for a breakfast sandwich etc decides to be lazy and goes in the drive through line. It should be common sense of the customer to walk in when the line is on the bridge. Also if I say my order, I don’t need you to ask me 3 times why I don’t...
