Burger King — Restaurant in Hawaii

cold burgers. wrong burgers. I dont know how the health department hasn't cracked down on them because the meat being served is definitely not the proper temperature. this has happened multiple times, more often than I've been served a hot burger throught the drive through. Their option is for you to come back and get a replacement burger. Tonight at 11:10pm I ordered a pretzel bacon king and was given a regular bacon king. called 5 times and no one was answering. The shift manager picked up on the 6th time I called and virtually had nothing to say besides that I could come and get a replacement or my money back. IT IS AN INCONVENIENCE to have to go back for another burger or refund when they got it wrong and are serving room temperature meat. We decided to eat inside. The drink machine was down (closed off at least) and they didn't mention that, or that they don't do free refills, so a small drink with a meal didn't go very far. Also, we ordered an Oreo milkshake and it was almost $8 (!) and they put it in the smallest cup and said it's only "one size," (the picture shows it much different) so that didn't go very far either and we needed to order another. Chicken nuggets only come in kid's meals(?). No napkins or sauces out so you have to ask for every single thing and the lady behind the counter seems inconvenienced every single time. Restrooms are on lock and key so you need to ask for that, too, and they will literally unlock it for you. This a typical Burger King in Lahaina, Maui. For reasons unknown to me, there is a large white wall erected to block the view of the cars in using the take out window, which might cause you to miss the building unless you know it's there. I appreciate that it is there, as very few quality fast food places are found on the west side of the island. The food is good, the restaurant is very clean and has an understated mordern decor. It has great air conditioning, too! I don't know if it is because it is still fairly new, but the service is a little slow and the staff preparing the food always seem to be struggling a bit.
