Ok, slow service. Just to make it fair to the reviews that may have a negative tone to them - I'll give a little more detail. At this Jamba location, I entered and the were 3 employees behind the counter. It was approximately 330p on a weekday. One employee was cleaning an area off to the back, closer to the their back room or office door. One employee was talking with a customer - my thought was the customer was a regular or a friend and maybe the employee was on break. If she was on break - then the employee and customer should've taken their conversation outside the store as there is a nice area with tables and chairs for patrons to relax. And the 3rd employee was working on a customer's order. I waited approximately 5 minutes before that employee addressed me to inform me she'd take my order as soon as she was done. Read moreBe aware of this place. I ordered a strawberry bowl and restaurant notified driver they don’t have strawberries and will replace it with banana. I didn’t want it and asked them to cancel the order. The person on call was rude and reluctant to help straight away told me they can’t cancel and I have to call uber eats. Uber eats told me to ask the store to cancel it. This store is so terrible, not sure what kind of scam they are running. After 2 hours I am with no food and no money. If you don’t have ingredients, don’t take order, if taken, Atleast call customer and tell them the issue or cancel it. Why customer has to run around for his money and food after...
Read moreSadly this Jambas isnt what it used to be! As one of the last original businesses, I remember from growing up on the island, still left in Kona Coast center its sad they dont makr more of an effort to be great. Service is slow and even for me as a local not particularly friendly, our drinks were just meh. I had hoped I might revive an old tradition and stop at Jambas when visiting 'town,' but yeah...nevermind. Too bad Kona Jamba juice you guys used to be a go-to for fun and marginally "healthy" drinks now its no joy coming here so why even go? But alas none of the chain stores have the same spirit...
