I’m displeased by the services I received. Experience was awfully bad. 1- Inexperienced workers; who asked her co-worker for assistance, and she didn’t know, who then asked supervisor and it tooked him awhile to get it. 2- Older woman at Drive Thru by the name of Stephanie, needs supervisory attention in training, she has very bad customer services, she’s rude, confused, and unpleasant at Drive thru. 3- Ordered thru my Phone app, it took a long time, I went thru drive thru, I had to park to wait for order. Not a problem. Need to work on giving a faster service as McDonald’s is known for having a system down. 4- A younger gentleman, gave my Order while I was parked. I asked if there is Ketchup. His response was a very rude “I don’t know and I don’t care” seriously with that attitude he shouldn’t be working there!!! 4- I ordered a iced coffee McCafe, it’s half empty, no ketchup (I asked and ordered) none in package when I looked. No forks. 6- I love McDonald’s; here in my hometown of Waimea, Big Island. But the experience seems to be quite unpleasant to go there. Read moreWe went inside, forced to use the kiosk. We put our order in and waited. Not only did our food never come, but nobody would even look me in the eye when I tried to get their attention to ask if there was a problem with the order.
We never got service and left. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant in my entire life. I will not only quit this McDonald's, I will never step inside another McDonald's again. Those employees either need supervision, training or pink slips. Looking through the reviews, I would say the unemployment line is the right place for these employees.
