EASILY THE BEST BBQ I HAVE EVER HAD. And I am from Texas so that is really saying something. The truth is that I don't really care about BBQ, but my husband loves it so we had to check out Smoke & Spice BBQ. I got the pulled pork sandwich, and my daughter got the brisket sandwich. My husband was going to eat our leftovers since neither of us ever finish big sandwiches like these. Well my poor husband had to go order his own lunch because we ate all of ours. And if I hadn't been so uncomfortably full, I would have went back and ordered a second one. I can't believe there is not a line around the block to this place every single day. Smoke and Spice has the absolutely best BBQ on the island. Maui has needed good BBQ for a long time. My wife and I grew up here and we see BBQ places come and go and none of them were ever satisfying. The “competition” is not even close! My family’s favorite is the ribs and chicken. Tender and juicy, the skin of the chicken is crispy and the ribs melt off of the bone. The smoke flavor is just the right amount. At first, we were unsure about the pineapple coleslaw but then we tried it and we all mopped it. We’ll need to get extra next time. Thank you guys for what you do! See...

@smokeandspicemaui This place is absolutely amazing this guy knows how to throw down some BBQ. This guy has an amazing story of how he got where he is today. If you are ever in Maui he is located in Kehei just steps from the beach. You can't beat his food or prices. He is a local business owner and works hard everyday, he was even at work during 4th of July when he could have been home with his family. Support your local business owners.
