When we went there, the food was fresh made and still warm. The thick curly fries where generously seasoned and crisp. The cheeseburgers were a slight bit oily and a bit too much sauce, but otherwise delicious. Despite being delicious, both the burgers and the fries were overpriced for what you receive, at $22 per burger. This took away one of the stars. Other than that, there was a nice, clean indoor area to eat in that was directly next to the food truck, which is a plus.

My husband and I recently spent 2-weeks in Maui for our Honeymoon, and stopped here for lunch on a recommendation from a local. So good, we came back a second time before heading home! We tried the 1/4lb smash burger with Cheese Katsu, as well as the Western šŸ¤¤ these burgers are huge, so so delicious, and definitely worth it! Hopefully weā€™ll find our way back to Maui someday (or another Swagyu location) and would definitely make time to stop for another one of these burgers!

After watching the videos I had to try the El Swagador and it was truly incredible. The combination of the burgers, cheese, pork belly, pickled jalapeƱos, and onions was just Magic! Next time Iā€™m going to add the Katsu cheese! It made driving over from Kihei totally worth it! Highly recommended!

I saw a video on my social media and had been wanting to try this place out for a few months. Made the 45 min drive out with my kids. The brioche bun is soft and fluffy. The beef was tender but the sauce and pickles were sooo overpowering that I couldn't pick up on the flavors of the coveted beef. The 1/4 burgers are $14.each & the potato wedge fries are $10. each. The sauce tastes like a vinegar based ketchup, mayo, mustard blend. Kids tried it but didn't like the strong sauce flavor. Two people could easily share one order of the wedges. Bummed because I really wanted to...

When this place popped up on my Instagram feed, l got really excited. Wagyu burger on Maui? Sign me the hell up. Ummm... No...

Insert "sad trombone" sound here. What a let down.

The Brioche Bun was lovely and who knows, maybe the Waguy burger patty was too. Unfortunately, it was just impossible to tell as it was completely overpowered by a McDonald's type setup of pickles, "house sauce" (Mayo and ketchup) and cheap, orange, American type cheese.

Also... $14 sidewinder fries. $14? I truly expected something special for that price....

MUST GO! Wow! I personally love food trucks and have found some amazing food. This place however, blew my mind. There were 4 of us and we all got the burgers. And all 4 of us had to put our fingers up to stop each other from talking because we needed a minute to enjoy that first bite.

This was hands down, the best burger I have ever had. I tried the signature burger. The fries are big enough to share. There are tables under the trees to sit at and some covered seats.
