I absolutely loved this cafe, I ranted and raved about it. The cats are in the best environment I've seen on the island out of all the adoption centers I've been to. The food is awesome, the cats were more socialized than anywhere else and the cafe is very aesthetically pleasing and sensory engaging for those like me who are neurodivergent. It really is an extraordinary cafĂ© as you can tell the owner put a lot of thought and love into it. I went there multiple times a week, despite being denied adoption because I wanted to breed my dog who is a purebred dog. Cats adopted will be fixed, and can't be bred so it won't affect them. I talked with the owner, she explained to me her view, and I told her some of mine, everything went well. I said with the crisis of cats on the island needing homes it would be better not to tell someone they cant adopt a cat because they want to breed their purebred pets I even agreed to let her spay and neuter my dog so I could adopt I also mentioned her prices were higher than everyone else as well. She said they offer two years of service. I said oh wow. You should put that in a poster and she said she might. Today I was there and one of her staff was telling someone else about the adoptions. I got excited and wanted to help so I said they get two years of service too don't they because she didn't say anything about it.. She said no and I got confused and sat back down. When she was finished I asked to speak to her to seek clarification. She then got defensive and proceeded to tell me I "butted" in and that while it's true, they don't tell people that. I felt dismayed and hurt that she would come off that way to me so I went to speak to the owner. I was told she was busy and was not allowed to wait for her by another worker and had to leave. More confused about the situation now I said you were there when she was rude to me right? She said yes. The person telling me to leave from her other place of work said that the worker wasn't mean, completely gas lighting me. I also witnessed a worker being rude to a volunteer, who like me, clearly is neurodivergent and the cat cafe and building next door is both dedicated to those who are neurodivergent. In my opinion, I became the "problem" because I sought clarification(In a very respectful way) after receiving confusing and conflicting information and when I wanted to report one of their "work buddies". I'm so sad that, in my opinion, what I thought was a neurodivergent friendly inclusive environment turned out to be another toxic environment geared towards.. "who you know" not what actually is right and wrong or the neurodivergent person. I also got a call from the owner The day after I posted this review. In what I thought would be an attempt to see what happened to me and do something about it, She said âyou are going on slandering all our pagesâ in which I interjected and said the worker was actually really rude to me and then the other one followed suit(Realizing at this point that if she is accusing me of slander (False spoken statements) then she did not believe me or anything in my review, and there was no point in talking to her) I then continued and said I posted what I thought was an unbiased review as much as possible, and from the way you sound, it's like you believe your employees, not me, I thought you were going to call and be open to what's going on not this so I will not be proceeding with this call at this time. At this point I ended the call.
I then received a phone immediately after which I didn't pick up, it went to voicemail. I listened to the voicemail and she threatened to sue me if I didn't take my review down by a certain time that day.
I called her back, in which I responded, you can sue me if you like but I will not be taking my review down. You have the burden of proof, which you do not have and I do. I then...

The combination of a delicious panini, a well-crafted coffee, and the joy of playing with the cats made my visit truly enjoyable. The attentive server seamlessly catered to my drink and food preferences. The facility's cleanliness reflected a dedicated effort to maintain a welcoming environment, and it was evident that the baristas are highly skilled in their craft. A purrfect spot for feline lovers! Notably, the icing on the cake at Toe Beans and Dreams is the shockingly low cost of adoption. The fact that the cats come vaccinated and fixed makes it a no-brainer choice for feline companionship.    Read moreDecided to visit this cat cafe while we were visiting in January. The staff member working here was so nice and explained everything to us. We were also greeted by this orange cat when we walked in which was cute. Before visiting the kitties, we each got a coffee. I got an Iced Macadamia Nut Latte which was very good. Before entering the rooms, we were given some treats we could give the kitties. The room on the right has adult cats, and the room on the left has kittens. We had a lot of fun hanging out and petting the kitties. We spent time with both the adult cats and then the kittens. I think the price is right for the amount of time you get to spend with them. Thereâs also a bathroom you can use afterwards so you can to wash your hands before leaving. The only thing that wasnât the greatest was the smell. It wasnât terrible but I think a kitty had just used the restroom before we entered. Lol However, thatâs just par for the course when visiting cat cafes. So thereâs only so much the staff can do to mitigate the...
