Worst order takers of all time. I attempted to do a drive-thru via your location at Kamakana Alii. Greeting was fine, what commenced after is cause for serious concern. I initially ordered the Jalapeño burger, asked if I wanted single, double, or triple, I replied with a “single please”... Ok then I was asked if I wanted anything else which I replied “yes, may I have a small chocolate frosty”... so then I looked at the menu and decided maybe a meal would be more affordable... ok so I asked which way was cheaper... What is the total with a frosty for a meal or is it cheaper with the sandwich and frosty. Ok so female order taker laughs and all of a sudden I hear “oh my God” it was a male voice. I then say “are you serious?!” He then comes on and try’s to speak more bull to me. I decided this was not where I would like to spend money this evening. Wendy’s Kapolei (Kamakana Ali) needs to have their staff completely retrained for customer service. The audacity to be laughed at and for that employee to say “oh my God” word of advice turn off your order taking box next time. Your personal opinion caused your entire company to suffer. Better yet how about get another job and take your sassy pants elsewhere. Horrible and I will never go back to this...
Read moreAfter closing my deal with my business this morning, I was excited to celebrate by trying Wendy's new breakfast. By the time I got to the drive-thru lane (it was 10:20am) the lunch menu's were displayed. I was confused whether this Wendy's served breakfast 🤷🏾♂️. The drive-thru clerk said I could ask her questions, but this is new... I had NO IDEA what they served, so I decided I would just have to come in 🤦🏾♂️ (I still had to wait in the drive-thru line to come in).
After entering the restaurant, I had to wait in line and the lunch menu was ALSO being displayed inside. I noticed two small breakfast menu's on the counter, and JUST as I walked over to look at them, the associate came and pulled them from the counter 😳.
What started as a celebratory breakfast ended with me having to choose a different restaurant to get breakfast 🤦🏾♂️.
All I ask is that if breakfast ends at 10:30am, just keep the menu up... UNTIL 10:30am 😂, not 10:20am, or 10:25am... But 10:30am 😂

Read moreEvery single time I come to this location my order is always wrong. When you reach the pick up window the employees are not friendly. They stare at you like what are you doing here? And when they handle your bags they don't even say thank you or acknowledge that you have your order. I guess if they did that then my order would never be wrong right? Remark from the manager to Le employee their is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The more I go back the more I keep asking for it. Wasting money on things thar I don't have aka my order. I will not return to this location. I rather go to McDonald's or Jack's.
It's real simple. Say thank you, acknowledge the customer and let us know that our order is complete so we can drive off. Oh and upper management if your reading this train the manager and the staff what customer service is. This review will be placed across all...
