The manager at this store was really kind of racial profiling and what I mean by that was it was a new waitress and we both me and the other party it was their birthday and she whispered to to the waitress about the cups 🥛🥤 that were on the table and I guess she said something to her which the cups🥤🥛 was just hot water 🫖🥛because we like to put the utensils in the hot 🫖 water 🥛and then wipe them off anyway long story short when I went to pay my bill 💵💵💵💵💸💸💸💸 the manager told me my bill was 22 and some change and then she closed the cash register she never gave me a receipt and she didn't give me my change and as soon as I spoke up about my change and I was like well give it to the waitress she got to talking about I was too close to the register and I'm like wait a minute hold up a minute ain't nobody about to go in that register but what she really didn't like the fact that I called her on it she was trying to keep my change as in like I was stupid or something so I asked for my change and I told her to gave my 46 Cent to the waitress plus the tip I gave her and then she had a problem wanting to give me my receipt I said no your going to give me the receipt for the food 🍽🥛🥤🍳🥔🧅🥩🍞🧈 that I paid for now the birthday 🎉🥳👧🏽 girl that was there they did some kind of special thing for her because they sent it through her phone📱📲 I guess you know she got a free meal 🥔🧅🍞🧀🍳🥓🥩 on her birthday 🥳🎉 through and app and then she kind of give a little hard time about that but overall she was racial profiling and I didn't like her attitude so what I recommend anyone to go there that's on you as far as I'm going back if I go back I hope she's not there but the waitress I give her five stars....
Read moreMy family and I usually patronize the Denny's on Inglewood Ave and Rosecrans for a myriad of reasons customer service being the greatest, but this time my daughter placed an online order at the location on 132nd and Hawthorne Blvd.
That being said, my daughter placed an online order on 5-22-21 @ approximately 9:30 pm, on arriving to receive the curbside pickup no one answered the phone number that curbside customers are to call to receive their order. So once I went inside the manager looked over the receipt and gave me the order, and I proceeded to leave. On inpecting my order I realized that I received O.J. and a chocolate shake instead of a Strawberry shake and a Cake batter shake. In going inside to get the drink order corrected I advised the manager that the pancakes were burnt and the eggs were to be scrambled with American cheese not cheddar cheese, he took the plate and returned with the eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese again, so I informed him that I wanted American cheese which he began to tell me that it was. I told him I wanted sliced "American cheese" not shredded cheddar cheese and he then understood and got my order correct.
Might I add that the original drinks that I left the restaurant with were given to another customer who had been waiting for their order as well. In the midst of a pandemic by all accounts this is totally unacceptable!!!
My family and I will not return to this particular...

If you’re anywhere near this Denny’s and haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and GO! We stopped in for what we thought would be a quick, casual meal—but ended up having one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time, all thanks to our above-and-beyond super server, Maria.
From the moment we walked in, Maria greeted us with the kind of warmth that makes you feel like family. She’s not just friendly—she’s magnetic. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. She was incredibly attentive, made perfect recommendations (those zesty nachos? Life-changing), and somehow managed to keep her cool and her kindness even during a busy rush.
She anticipated what we needed before we even asked, cracked some genuinely funny jokes, and somehow made pancakes and coffee feel like a five-star treat. The food was delicious, hot, and exactly how we ordered it—probably because Maria made sure it was perfect before it even hit our table.
In short: this Denny’s is lucky to have Maria. She turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. We’re already planning our next visit—and we’re asking for her by name.
Thank you, Maria! You’re...
