The reason why I give it two stars because the restaurant was neat and tidy however the employees are less than lackluster It's a combination of too young of personnel and language barriers possibly from Philippine maybe Cambodia speaks English very poorly doesn't know the products on top of that no customer service skills at all it seems like they literally took them from one place and brought them to Denny's against their will to wait on people this is really going to hurt their business and it's such a shame because it's in a very good location and a very nice restaurant I understand of being fair and Equitable when it comes to hiring however some people are suited for some things other other things if there's no customer service skills that can help further the success of the business then they probably need to be placed in a position that they do not come in contact with little to no customers that way there's no great expectation ie maintenance dishwashing groundskeeping something behind the scenes the other employee was Latina spoke perfect Englishwho is texting on her phone most of the timeand socializing with customers way too long when other ones needed refills or napkins or attention anyway this is the second time I've been to this particularlocation the first time I ordered to go this is the first time I stayed and dined in and it may be a while if I ever go back however you...

I come in the diner and am seated, make a pit stop in the bathroom ordering a drink before i go to the bathroom. While in the bathroom noticing that their is no toelet tissue after sitting down. Returning from the bathroom to the tabled seated with no drink. Now im waiting patiently observing 3 Customers enter the diner (while waiting on my drink) order their meal to go... While sitting waiting for their order i am brought my drink. Now im observing them being brought their 3 milkshakes shortly following their order. Even though not in a rush i amazed at how expedient their order was prepared. While w watching them leave the restaurants i finally submitting my order of 3 scrambled eggs (soft) and now enjoying my lemonade. Few minutes later im given some scrambled hard eggs on a plate. After repeating my original request of 3 eggs scrambled soft im suddenly a bit frustraited and no longer wish to repeat any information.
