Wow for the first time being here, my family and I were highly dissatisfied, we arrived 8:20pm, upon arrival were not greeted by the lady attending, we waited 5+ minutes, took 2 phone call orders before she even acknowledged us, finally she took our order, but failed to let us know that we were not going to be able to dine in because of them closing at 9pm, we find out the moment they let us know our order is ready, yet they had put everything in togo bags, and the young man who gave us our order told us we couldn’t sit down to eat, it wasn’t until I let them know that it was our first time there and we questioned the lady as to why she did not let us know that we could not dine in when we were placing our order, her answer was they don’t pay us for overtime, the cook finally authorized her to let us sit down and eat, even after the cool allowed us to eat there the lady said to not take long because they need to clean we felt neglected and couldn’t even enjoy the food. I've been here twice now and asked what comes in the salad burrito, both times two different people said "rice, beans, lettuce, onion." The first time i didn't have cash, so I came back here today and that's when they told me the second time. I ordered a burrito and they gave me the asada burrito, which I returned because it's more expensive and I don't eat beef. Then I asked for them to give me the salad burrito like I asked for. Then she asked what dressing I wanted. Now I have the salad burrito which is different from what both cashiers told me it would be. It also has cheese in it which i shouldn't eat because I am lactose intolerant. I decided this was the best I was going to get and started eating because I am hungry. The food was an 7 out of 10 and the prices are very reasonable. You can get a jr burger for only $1.49 fries for $1.49 drinks for $1.99 or the combo for only $3.99. There was like an 8 min wait which was not to bad. The place is very outdated a bit run down. I had no problem with anything but the lady at the register, i was placing my order when i just said my 1st item and was not the she proceeded to say "thats it? Thats all you gonna order?" That bother me for many reasons. 1 what if it was the only thing i would order why would it matter? 2 its was none of her business what i will eat. Then i continued to order the rest.
