McDonald's — Restaurant in Hawthorne

I went here for apple pies and was given dried up slagged up apple pies, meaning over cooked or been sitting around for hours in the warmer. Either way it's the location's fault, now, if I go back, I gotta make sure they don't try to give me dried up slag apple pies. And, don't think I meant sludge, as that might have been a step up from what I got. I should've went to my normal location, which is on Western and Century, as they would infom me about waiting the 12 minutes for them to bake or whatever time left until they are done. The large fries for my brother seemed underwhelming, as whelmed would've been cool, and the fries looked like they were packing it for a medium. I never looked at his Bigmac, but you hope for it being somewhat freshly made, it would be on point, and a chocolate shake. Maybe, due to buying it from kiosk made them feel we didn't deserve propper service, but, hopefully their corporate sees this. Busy or not, they should've served us better than this. Who makes things happen at this McDonalds is Catrina who is the most professional host I was there Wednesday 12/11 @ 11:30ish AM I needed a fork salt and pepper the Girl behind the counter was too busy yapping on her cell the manager went by just looked at me never did it occur to ask “may I help you” was walking around and seemed lost behind the counter and... long and behold there came Catrina with the sweetest smile “what do you need?” Immediately got me what I needed and more .. and said “let me know if you need anything else” then I noticed she clean tables, bring the food over and reminded me of Mary Poppins people requested things and she wears this mighty apron where she carries EVERYTHING you need I was amazed... this woman deserves some kind of recognition for her customer service that surpasses the so call Manager LOL who should be a Role Model and no to...

F*cking horrible! First off, i Ordered sausage egg mcmuffin with cheese with a hash brown FRESH, muffin was hard as a brick and I actually bit it smh, manager's reply was oh that's how they come. I'm like no, i grew up down the street been coming here for 30 years. Smh And my hash brown was cold, I bit into that too. They gave me another sandwich, which wasn't as hard so I left. Drove down the street, bit it and it was the worst sandwich from McDonald's i have ever had in my entire life! When I returned it I'm looking at other muffins, that are NOT hard, NOT burnt. I wish I would've took pictures of the whole incident. Anyway, My whole family grew up down the street, about 40 of us.. none of us will EVER come to this mcdonalds ever again. The location on imperial and crenshaw is the place to go! Always fresh! Never hard!...
