Sorry Wendy's but you need new management in this location. I came in on 6/12/20 to get a refund of $13.76 because my card was charged twice on Tuesday morning (6/9/20). I looked at my bank account Thursday morning and noticed I was charged twice into my account. I contacted the manager that Thursday and let her know that I came in using the drive-thru and was charged twice for my meal. So the manger told me to come into the store and show the bank statement to the manager in charge and I can get a full refund.

It is Friday now and came in @ 10:57 a.m. Nohemy the manager in charge became really hostile when I explained to her the situation. She couldn't even wait 2 minutes to listen my story because as soon as I mentioned I was charged twice and needed a refund she started getting hostile and making it seem as it was my fault that I got charged twice for the meal. First she didn't want to accept the picture of my bank statement, told me she needed the printed version. I get all my statements through email to save paper and I told her I can send it to her store email and she can print it out. Second, she told me "I am not gonna give you anything until I talk to my district manager". How can an employee be so rude and deny the monies I am entitled to when her emplolyee's made the mistake?

At the end I did receive my refund. However, sad to say that I am not going to this location anymore because of this encounter. Wendy's your food is great and I love it but your employee's need better skills in listening to customers. I came in with a nice attitude explaining my situation and to be dismissed just like Nohemy did to me, this made me lose my appetite for this location. I know how it is to work at a fast food place and how it was when I handled customers. I feel bad for the staff she is in charge because of this is how she deals with customers, I wonder how she treats...

The first review I made of this Wendy's location 5 years ago: At this level of fast food company, running out of Frosties is not acceptable. Neither is snapping at employees in front of customers. This is my updated review of this location July of 2023: Back 2018 I gave this location 2 stars overall. Only because my daughter asked if I would drive across the street from Lowes to get her a frosty, I gave this location another try. The food was awful and the service was worse than the food. I'm not saying don't go to Wendy's, just don't bother with this location. It has been awful from the very first day it opened. It seemed as though these employees were hired straight from the local gang and the manager didn't respond to me and spoke to the gang like server in Spanish as if she didn't understand English. Too bad, Google doesn't allow portions of the five star rating. There was nothing about my experience at this location I would even give a spot of one star. There are a lot of Wendy's in this area. If you must have Wendy's, just go to another. Please! Maybe Wendy's corporate will take note and do something right for the local potential customers. To top it all of on this last visit. The Manager Norma was VERY RUDE and when a person in line ask to have another line open because the line a the door she told the person in NO REALLY RUDE (YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT) the person make the had a VERY lager order for 10 or more people and they were special order so it was take longer then normal so the second cashier was needed. Also this same manager keep rubbing her nose and when asked to go wash her hand or put on a glove she said NO and kept working with peoples food it was nasty to see. We are in Codvid and anything not right needs to handle at once and wearing some gloves are leave the area would have been best. Because of the line and no other cashier open people started to leave the manager still did not care. This was around 1:45-1:50p Thursday the 31rd of December their was a lady that start her shift while we where in line and she got the place in order she start clean and wipe up the messes the manager Norma did not care about because she did not clean it up at all. She also had the cashier to remove a mop and bucket to the back so no one got hurt it was nice to see her there she should be the top manager NOT NORMA she not the right person for Wendy's and what it stands for. I'm a first responder who after a late call wanted food. The order was small when we wanted medium, then she just charged me 2 bucks to get my order right. The fries we both got were dry and stale but warmed. Ordered the Cinnabon treat and it must've been days old and inedible. Absolutely disgusting to think you'd treat the public or public servants out here working for our community like this, how could you serve me that as a meal. They gave me a plain chicken biscuit, and the biscuit was hard. They did it on purpose because I asked for lunch. It was like 10:10am and the lady said breakfast only. I said got lunch at breakfast time at other Wendy's. She had a attitude because I said that. When I got to work this what I got plain hard chicken biscuit. I will never go to this Wendy's again. This the second time they did me like this I wont give them a 3rd chance. I go to other Wendy's they give me lunch at breakfast time.
