All though we had a bad experience with this establishment my family and I will give them the benefit of the doubt and return in good faith of the value of customer care and service. However below is the encounter we had as of 6/4/2022 Worst experience ever, there were 4 booths available, and 2 vacant tables. We had 7 and a toddler in our party. Walked into a seat yourself sign, asked if there was anything available for our party and the server was instantly standoffish. And storms off to speak to her manager returning with a derogatory childish manner spouting off about "being too busy" and "not being able to seat us together", so we obliged to seat separately with separate checks to accommodate their too busy to handle workload, with multiple vacant seats. She refused saying "it's different servers and they can't move tables" repeating to her "we will sit separately and pay individually". As well as Asking "if there is a possible wait time or if we can just wait till there is room for us, we aren't in a rush" We were just wanting our visiting family consisting of my children's great grandma, my grandma, aunt and mom to experience the "Gem state know how" I know and love! With my family since we haven't had a visit in 3years only to be met with :for all I know: the reply from some out of stater returning from the now snooty yet smug manager smirking across the restaurant with the reply of we don't have a seat for you. I understand the right to refuse if someone is being belligerent, what do you do when the server and manager treat the patron this way. we have visited both locations on cda and post falls repeatedly with only incident being a loud drunk having too much fun. Never an immature inappropriate server flexing authoritarian command over an establishment with little to no aggravation expressed by the person trying to experience the culinary adventure that Guy Fieri promotes it to be. After this experience we heald strong and negotiated our family to go visited the cda location to show our them that one bad apple won't ruin the bunch, and this is still the Gem state. I am happy to say yet again we were met with the proper know how to interact with a fellow human being. Let alone a paying customer not knowing a repeat offender of consumption of the fine cuisine that is Capone's. The Phillie and garlic fries hit the spot torn by pride and ego. Thank you to the staff in cda for showing how it's supposed to be done. Hands down AVOID THE HAYDEN CAPONES TILL MANAGEMENT ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

So this was not the best experience and was not the worst. There bar looks amazing, however I did not partake. There are some detractors that I want to point out. The seats are worn out, the menu that is at the table is different from the one on there website. The website has the new prices. It just feels like they are neglecting the most basic of things a restaurant should be focusing on. Makes me really question the claim of fresh on there menu. My t&t burger was good over all, it was not like blow your socks off cheese blend. The bun was a little denser then I like (made daily) it just didn’t scream fresh. The meatball grinder was Luke warm over all. The olives had a strange taste to them. Idk if I would recommend but I wouldn’t say run from it. If it was for a drink then I would say it would be a good place. Price for value. I think it’s just a little high but it’s not outrageous. Meal for two with sodas and a side Salic was 40$. The picture attached is of the bill holder that they had. It was literally falling apart.

Ate here the other day and the service was great. Pizza was poor. I ordered art dip and it was watery/thin. The two pizzas: 1. Taco pizza- not much cheese, no beef, couldn't find a tortilla chip for the life of me. 2. Heart stopper(or something)- again, no frickin cheese. ITS PIZZA , IT NEEDS FEICKIN CHEESE! and it had a TON of green peppers. Some ok but there was so many peppers I had to shake them off. Wasn't hard due to the lack of cheese. So, the food here is mediocre at best. I can find the same beer elsewhere so I probably won't be back. Go to Tito's, they have better pizza WITH LOTS OF CHEESE! (NO UPCHARGE FOR EXTRAS EITHER)

Ugg, I really want to give this a positive review.... But, I just can't. I have been to the Hayden location 4-6 times. So, I have tried and tried again. The bar staff has always been nice and accommodating. The vibe here is Great! Unfortunately, we just seem to fall into the "bad luck" category in most every other scenario 😕 This last visit consisted of. . Attentive, quick service with our drinks ... but then took a massive dive. Our area had 3 servers and an expediter (as needed). Most tables (in our area) were open when we arrived. The ones that were filed had already had their orders taken. After getting our drinks, we were told by our server that they would be right back to take our food order. After watching the rest of the tables fill up, their orders being taken from the other 2 servers, watching the table next to us have their drink order taken and then served (by our same server) only to then watch our server walk away. We asked one of the other servers if we could now put in our food order? Our server Quickly came over to take our food order, asked if we wanted more drinks (1/2 did), and went on their way. We didn't see the server again until our food was ready and served by the expediter. In the meantime, ALL other tables were served their meals. (All of which arrived after us). Our server then came by asked if we needed anything else.. we asked if we could have the drinks we had previously orderd (one of which was water for a kid who had eaten Hot 🔥 wings) and the caddy of sauces. And (just our bad luck striking) pointed out that one of the glasses was severely chipped (lip cut). The food was ... honestly, pretty bad! Even the WORLD'S FAMOUS TOMMY PASTRAMI was bad. 🥺 We eventually did receive the drinks, and had pulled the sauces from a table that patrons had finished and left.

We have eaten at the downtown and Post Falls locations as well. I really wish the Hayden store, at a minimum, could reach those expectations. disclosure I was a server at one point. I absolutely respect the job! It's NOT easy. I make sure to treat all servers with respect and gratitude. Even when it isn't to the highest level. I know people can be mean. They can SUCK at tipping! That the server doesn't have control of the kitchen, bar, glassware, etc. So, I'd like to make that very clear! Our server was nice. I believe she was doing her best. Maybe she was having an off day, maybe new, maybe not getting the same support as the other servers.. Unfortunately, we just were caught in that perfect storm. The food temp/quality/ flavor , she had no control over (assuming she didn't forget it in the window)... we "get that". I just wish I could write more positives then I am honestly able to do.

In no way did we feel like any of this was Premeditated 🤣 or intentional. It just was, what it was😕🤷🏼‍♀️ And... I wouldn't write a review like this had it been our only subpar experience. Unfortunately, it wasn't. (time frame is over several years).

I may try again, as I typically do, in a...

Been to Capone‘s many times over the years, but this was the straw that broke the camels back walk in immediately got seated with warm, greetings and friendly faces waiter came up. We got a beer very quickly started looking at the menu. Noticed there were no prices which I found Very odd as in my 60 years of life I’ve never walked into a restaurant that didn’t have prices on their menu instead they have a barcode that you have to scan with your phone to get updated prices. I don’t do scans in barcode, but I downloaded one scan the menu And sit there waiting and waiting and waiting waiter comes up. Are you ready to order? I replied not until I know what the prices of the food is he replied. Oh I know all the prices. I looked at him and said I should be able to see the prices and not ask you the price of everything that I’m interested In The menu never came up. He came back and said oh I get you the Wi-Fi password at that point, I said we’ll just finish our beers and leave. No thank you,,,Why in the heck should somebody have to go through all these stupid hoops was freaking ridiculous super SHADY BUSINESS, and don’t give me wrong. It’s not like I didn’t have money to buy whatever I wanted on the menu, but it’s the point that matters., I won’t be back, we went down the road to the moose lounge. Got a great burger for $22 bucks , Great food and prices on the menu , When I got home, I got online and looked up the prices. OMG I’m glad I left $16 for a hamburger. I can get a better deal at the airport. No wonder they hide their...
