My family and I stopped here for lunch on a trip across the state. The food was very good, and most employees were friendly. After placing our food order we went to the dining room to find a table. Not one table was clean, and we had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize a place to eat. The manager quickly came out and began cleaning tables himself. Later, we saw him emptying the overflowing trashcans as well. I hope he was headed to the restrooms next, because they also needed attention. The women's restroom needed a broom and a mop as there was toilet paper scattered about in several places and urine on the floor. There was stool on the inside of the toilet. My guess is that like many businesses, they are short staffed. However, we were not there during the lunch rush, they were not extremely busy, and by this time in the afternoon surely someone could have begun cleaning things up. There was only one person at the register taking orders and a few of the kitchen staff seemed to be...
Read moreThe quality of food is fantastic and has come a long way especially in this location. Honestly the staff all seem to run like a well oiled machine st times. My hats off to the GM and main shift managers. So it should be known that the only reason for my lower score is ultimately out of the hands of the local store but it seems to be a serious problem with Arby's and Wendy's as well is that the average cost for a person to eat at either restraints has gone so high that it is essentially cost prohibitive for most college students and anyone else that doesn't have disposable income. I'm sure cooperate will blame it on inflation but that doesn't sit well with me. There are plenty of other restraints that are feeling the squeeze of inflation but they still find a way to make their prices somewhat affordable to the average public. It can be done and I hope that cooperate can figure it out before they lose alot of their...
Read moreTold them on the mic at drive thru i wanted ranch and honeymustard. They repeated my order and said honeymustard. I said and ranch too and they said and ranch too back to me. Got to the window and paid and was asked if I needed Amy sauce. I was excepting them to have remember the ranch and honeymustard as they had taken the person in front and my order only so i told them just horsey sauce. I looked at my bag and found it was missing fries and ranch and honeymustard. I told the lady as she asked if I was missing my fries that i was missing the fries ranch and honeymustard all. She was offended that i told her that I needed those a well because she had just asked. If I had been told to mention the dipping sauces at the window i would have but they should put it on the ticket if someone asks for sauce. Unacceptable and an insanely long wait too...
