Thank you all for the comments and the feedback. As with any business starting up there will be areas that we fail in and areas that we succeed in. For the customers who had a not so great experience at the beginning, I want to apologize. There is no excuse. However Little Caesars Hays is now under new management and we have really seemed to get the dough ball rolling in the right direction. Things have simmered down quite a bit from our grand opening and our store and employees have gained the thorough understanding of what a perfect pizza really consists of and how to deliver that to the customer. Honestly I wish I could give zero stars!! Our order was messed up and for some reason when I tried to call to get my ordered fixed they weren't picking up the phone!! Honestly it was like their phones were completely shut off. It would ring once and then hang up. We ordered crazy bread not stuffed crazy bread but yet they gave us stuffed crazy bread, and the pepperoni pizza crazy puffs we're completely burnt! So because they won't pick up their phone we're stuck eating burnt food and food we didn't even order! Honestly I either want a refund or my food remade or something this is ridiculous!! If I don't get either a refund for the food I was supposed to get I will be contacting corporate and the Better...

Like it, love it, inhaled it! Then removed it with a very healthy BM not long afterwards. Super pumped to discover that there's a Little Caesars in Hays finally! Bout damned time there is a DELICIOUS & most importantly, AFFORDABLE pizza joint in Hays...Domino's may meet the affordable category but I'd rather chew wet cardboard than eat their pizza. & Sure, Pizza Hut is delicious but unless you are a CEO of a fortune 500 company, good luck affording eating there once or more a week!
