Subway — Restaurant in Hays

Guess it's not so much a reflection on this Subway as much as how Subway has changed. They seem to skimp on the toppings more than they did last time I visited a Subway, and they don't have some of the same breads or condiments they used to have. This location was okay, asked him to load up on the jalapeños, well, almost got one in every other bite, didn't include the banana peppers I asked for, they didn't have spicy mustard, Honey Oat or Wheat bread, they had some grain bread that was...eh... Used to be, not that long ago you could get a footlong Subway Club for like $6...was almost $14.00 😳...glad I'm able to make 2 meals out of a footlong... Again, not a reflection on this store, but will probably avoid Subway in general...

The guy that made my sandwich was friendly enough, the lady at the register not so much. The ceiling over the register was leaking near the vent, it dripped onto the counter I pointed it out she ignored me, moved my sandwiches closer to her and placed one of them on the water spots that dripped from the ceiling. I pointed it out and she played dumb and refused to acknowledge what she had done and argued saying that it's not dripping onto the counter when I could clearly see the drops of water land on...

Absolutely terrible service…. The server sees us (the only customers) walk in and continues to clean the counter and refill all of the foods in the serving bins. Then after waiting 10 minutes or so, proceed to ignore us and continue taking an order that was called In.
