Lomato's Pizza — Restaurant in Hays

I won’t lie and say this place doesn’t have tasty pizza but their customer service is atrocious. Used to love their pizza UNTIL one day I was so excited to get their famous cream cheese pizza and I called in to order from them. The guy who answered was already in a shitty mood said “for delivery or carry out?” I said “carry out.” He said “small medium or large?” (Before I answer I wanted to confirm it was the place that had cream cheese on pizza) so I said do you guys have cream cheese on pizza? Excellent pizza. If you are out by the freeway you should scoot into town and try their pizza. It's in a very quaint area of Hays.

I would have liked a little more sauce on my pizza but I'm sure if I asked for that the next time I order, they would add more for me.

The younger staff were very friendly. The older guy with black hair did not even acknowledge me when I went in. It seems to me if you run a business in a small town, you should immediately greet a new customer or at a minimum acknowledge their presence. I’m not one to write reviews but - heard a commercial on the radio and it stayed in my head about ordering for months.
