I just want to take a moment and say Thank You to Kristen who was running the register when we came into the restaurant on Friday January 12th around 6pm. She went above and beyond to be sure our son was taken care of. Our son has special needs. His autism makes him very friendly and sociable. As soon as we walk in he says to her hey wanna see my card I just got. She said your Pokemon card? He said yes and she responded saying it looked cool. The reactions we get from strangers aren't always the kindest. So that was refreshing for once. She then went on to have no issue with changing his order to something different once he realized there were chicken nuggets. She patiently allowed time for him to decide if he wanted spicy or not. Then it came to the sauces and he said well I don't know what you have here so he told her to just choose. She said well how about I just give you one of each and you can try new ones and see what you like.
Food comes out and she has all the sauces lined nicely in a row on the edge of the tray. She took the time to even let him know there were a few ketchups as well. Once we were close to being done she came over and presented him with a 4pc nugget coupon. He took this opportunity to ask her all about my sandwich and how it was made and what exactly made it the ghost pepper ranch sandwich. LOL So she kindly started explaining it was the sauce and the cheese and so on. He was trying to repeat it all back to her. So she said hold on, I will go get a card and show you exactly how it is all put together. So to bring this to a close, I just want to say THANK YOU again. We appreciate your kindness Kristen....
Read moreStopped here multiple times across the week as i was traveling to and fro . First time- food was mediocre at best, and the service was quick but not pleasant
Second visit- food was horrible, but the service was decent.
Third visit- food was really good - and the service was incredible. This time, the noticeable difference was that it seemed the whole crew was high school/ college kids. Focused on the customer, focused on providing a positive experience. Focused on quality, cleaniness, and safety.
Fourth visit- incredible food and incredible service, just a few hours after the 3rd visit- same cashier
This team was the only team that deserved props. It was about 7/8pm on 7/19. The other visits were during the week during the lunch hour or so.
The young woman who answered when the cashier needed a manager's approval was attentive, quick, and had a strong handle on everything that happened across the FOH. The cashier who took my order cleaned windows better (and faster) than I've ever seen outside a team I was involved in the training of.
Those young individuals did their job incredibly well. They deserve shining praise.
Were it not for that final visit, my review would be particularly dry and negative. But i think it's important to ensure the young minds see that people notice a job well done, and...
Read moreStopped at the druve thru yesterday and had an interesting experience. There was no attendant at the first window to pay, so went to second window. That attendant asked if I had paid at the first window, I replied "no, nobody was there". It became a huge production to ring up a meal at the second window. Handed them our money, which was then handed to another person who went to go make change. Window attendant opened window and said "here's your food" without asking if there was anything else we needed. So then, the guy with the change comes back, says "here's your change and promptly started to close the window. I said excuse me, you guys are pretty Hasty about closing the window, could we have some ketchup? Change maker said he doesn't give ketchup, only change. So then I had to drive around, park the car, walk in and retrieve my own ketchup. Guess you need special training for ketchup handling here. Won't be back until management can thoroughly train all of its employees in ketchup dispensing...
