Well, I went to buy here again to see if they have good customer service and again I experienced bad customer service. 👎🏼 a very rude attitude, why don't they put into practice the magic of just smiling 😊 and showing kindness to the customers who choose to go buy there, I think we are not going to ask them for free food, but rather we are going to pay with money and consume from them, but I think they have already forgotten this because they have a bad way of serving, when we are in charge of a business the most important thing is customer service. And apart from that, the terrible presentation of the food order on a plate covered with a piece of aluminum foil leaves a lot to be desired and it makes the business look bad to give the order in that manner. At least they should invest a little more in a special container to serve an order. It seems that this doesn't matter to them because they don't care how they present a dish. And if we talk about the taste of the food, the truth is that I didn't like them and apart from that they were too soaked in grease so I didn't eat them and only spent money on something that in the end I didn't eat because the truth is that I didn't crave them. I have spend so much $$$$ in their store, for well over 10 years, nearly every day. Its really disappointing, when the staff/owners cheap out, by telling you how much salsa you can take(no more than 2 red salsa in the small containers). I will just have to steer clear away, if they choose to go that route. There is more taquero in the area, that don't ripoff their loyal customers by service and excessive mark ups on the entire menu. This is what I get for so many wrong order which I let slide. It's a shame, metro taquero, have lost me as a loyal customer. If you choose to be a patron for this business, prepare to be ripped off, and disrespected. There is 50% chance, they will give you some one else's order. Take a bite on your takeout order before you leave the store. Lesson well learned. Oakland has the best taco trucks(international & 22...), , not only delicious but @ extremely reasonable price. The taco trucks stay open very late, during the weekends. Metro taquero has the most expensive burrito @$11. The same size that used to be $6.51 including tax, SMH. There is 3 Mexicans eatery on the other side of the freeway, about 2 blocks west. Take a look @ $11 burrito. SMH.
Metro taquero is trying to "reinvent the wheel", what McDonald's and other fast food franchise, have long abandoned. McDonald's have stopped, their excessive charge for more condiments. Way to go Metro, for taking a giant leap...
Read moreLet me just start off with the food is good from here but when I go to a place I don't only look for the food to be good but to have an overall good experience the young lady taking our order had a nasty attitude the whole time I don't expect a cheerful person but at least someone who's not going to give an attitude on top of that our order was not even correct it's not like you're going to cut your burritos in the middle of the parking lot to make sure that the order was correct when you're taking food to go you can't see it till you get home we had ordered a supreme burrito and ended up with a regular burrito and there is a price difference but even then the meat was wrong too I understand that there could be mistakes but when two of the three items you ordered are wrong it's disappointing and it seems like I'm not the only one complaining about the cashier's attitudes maybe some retraining is needed I will be giving this place another chance and hopefully my next experience is...
