Quiznos — Restaurant in Hayward

Ordered online ahead of time, and the website was easier to use than ordering in person, IMO. Ran in to pick up 5 sandwiches and was told someone had already picked them up. WHAT?!

The staff efficiently made more, and I was not charged, but there were no other takeout orders, and the place was fairly quiet. The staff initially professed not to know how this could have happened, but it seemed oddly coincidental that someone came in asking for five sandwiches with my name. I was concerned about online security.

Eventually, after enough questioning, I found out that the person who picked up my order had been eating there when my order came in, and he heard the staff discuss the specific details. They are going to be more vigilant in the future.

This was my first time eating here, and I absolutely LOVE IT! EVERYONE WAS NICE. INCLUDING THE MANAGER/OWNER 🥰

I purchased two catered trays with only 24hour notice and they did not disappoint.

When I returned the next day at the set time. The trays were ready early and put to the side.

I was promptly greeted, and to my surprise, with all the business they receive, they knew exactly who I was.

I'm big on customer service, and they checked EVERY box effortlessly.

BTW....ALL of their sandwiches are delicious, but my favorite two are the honey mustard chicken and Italian.

I've been coming to this quizmos for many years now. There's not too many quizmo's left around the Bay area. Although there is one in Fremont.The service here is great. The owner is amazing.
