Visited Denny's with a small group of 4 ladies who I once worked with. I hadn't been to Denny's in years but that's where they chose for late breakfast. I was sorely disappointed in my meal. I opted for something simple and I didn't expect simply terrible. I was arriving later than my friends and so not to hold up the wait I ordered bacon, lettuce & tomato sandwich 🥪 & hash browns. Now usually bacon can't be a taste meal, but this was definitely tasteless. Thin sliced white bread, sliver of lettuce 2 skimpy pieces of bacon. No sauce just dry bread. I drank only water. But on the good side of the late morning meal, my friends enjoyed their meals. Well, I forgot, one of my friends had pancakes too cold to melt the butter, so she had waitress take it back and warm her food. She gave a thumbs up. So her issue was less significant. My other 2 friends thoroughly enjoyed their meals with eggs,& pancakes. The business had pretty good traffic, mostly older people. Babies were diners,. It appeared as though grandparents brought the babes. There is an Apt complex not too far away I was told for elderly people and that accounts for this being their go to place, anytime of day. Plus Denny's menu includes a variety meal ideas, I just chose the wrong one, & didn't bother to try something different. We finished eating and stayed awhile to talk, because one friend had lost someone close, a Sister & there was enough open seats that we weren't in anyone's space. Our Server was gracious & nothing had changed much as far as Denny's decor, it was all the same. Nice Company made up for my not appreciating my meal & my friends enjoying the get together made it a...
Read more❌❌❌Just went with high hopes to eat brunch had a terrible experience with employee named Tanisha, she's light skinned, tall, slender built, with tattoos covering nearly her whole body. I was standing waiting next to be placed on the waiting list and she came from a table to register, I had mentioned to her that I was next and would like to be placed on the seating list. She looked right at me and went to ring up other customers. Then she got a real bad attitude with me and said you don't have to come here if you don't like the service after me mentioning to her this is the third time she have been rude to me and my family at Denny's here. I asked her why do you always have an attitude she said no you have an attitude and we can do it anyway you want to do it basically calling me out to fight her. But I just looked over it because she's not worth it. The manager was standing right there heard everything the manager heard her tell me why are you still coming here, then he called her name Tanisha and touched her on the shoulder basically trying to tell her to stop. This lady is a total disrespect to Denny's company. This is the third time she was disrespectful to me. Only thing I could do was ask the manager for corporate phone number, at this point I didn't even want to eat Denny's any more. Y'all really need to take a look at this lady Tanisha she is aggressive, rude and inconsiderate. She doesn't smile, she's not polite or anyting to be having this type of job representing Denny's or any other...
Read moreMid morning on Wednesday they informed me, after I was ready to order, that they did not have turkey bacon or turkey sausage negate they had ran out the night before. Although, I was upset I said okay I'll change me order so I order T-bone steaks. Yep, they were out of them too. At this point I'm upset and beyond disbelief because I've never had a bad experience here before. I didn't want to drive somewhere else and have to wait so I changed my order, again. They had what I ordered but when my cousin received her food there was hair in it. Now I don't know what was going on this day but U was and still very upset with this Denny's. I did not act out of character but informed my server that I would not be paying full price for this ticket. So he informed the manager of what had been going on and the manager came over and let me know that I would not have to pay for the kids meals, the drinks, and that he gave me an additional 20% of my total. I accepted that but did not accept his excuse for running out of turkey products and T-bone steaks. Which was that his truck doesn't come until Thursday or Friday, I don't remember which day he said but, my issue is that no one thought to borrow from another Denny's or better yet let the customers know before they sit down because soon after speaking with the manager another family came in and left, upset, because they didn't have turkey products. Worst experience I've had at...
