The only benefit to the automated ordering is if you have dietary needs, you can specify if you want salt as well as toppings such as cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles If you are dining in you need to input where you will be sitting but it is a little hard to understand that through the app what it's asking of you so if are using these automatic ordering procedures choose where you are going to be sitting before hand you will need the table numbers that are on the table tops which make no sense there are like 6 tables in the restaurant and my table number was #102 You need to pay using a credit or debit card. After going through the whole process nothing happened and I had to start the whole process all over again This time I still wasn't sure if my order went through or not because the paper that was dispensed; it looks like a receipt was completely blank and with no one at the front end to ask. I sat there dumbfounded until the young woman who came out to wipe down the tables was able to go get someone who spoke English to assist me who inturn had to go in the back to see if they had in deed received my order or not, luckily they had received it. My order was brought to me but there was no ketchup or salt to add to my French fries they don't even have extra napkins then what you are provided with your order and you don't have any way to ask someone for these items because there's no one at the front end to ask for them. These new automated systems put people out of work, are hard to use especially for senior citizens and technically challenged adults like myself at least give us the option to have someone place our order as in the past not just automated system we don't work for your establishment and these also create more and more loneliness since you are not actually interacting with people anymore. Read moreI will never return to this location ever again. I went here on Jan. 28, 2022, the night of the blizzard. I just came home from visiting family in northern Jersey at around 8pm, and needed to feed my three year old dinner. We ordered our food, got the food, and went home. We opened the food, we were missing a whole BIG MAC burger from one of the Big Mac meals I ordered, my three year old was missing a chocolate milk out of her happy meal. The food was ice cold and I only live across the street. We called your night manager and told her the situation. She told us to come back and they’ll remake the whole order as long as we have the receipt. I went back around 9:30pm to get my food remade. I pull up to the window, where your dark skin employee tells me to park in spot 1 and he’ll bring my food out. I WAITED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR IN THAT SPOT… nobody came out. That’s when I drove back around, knocked on your window, because I noticed you were closing due to the storm. I asked where my food is as another employee tells me they’re closing. I said where’s my food I’ve been waiting for almost an hour. The manager comes up, who had dark brown hair with a bun in, a white complexion, but had a Spanish accent. I didn’t get her name. Anyway, I tell her that we called her to get our food remade. It was 10:25pm, and she tells me they’re closed. So I asked for my receipt back so I can fix it another time. She doesn’t have my receipt, nor can she find my order in the system. I think she threw my receipt out. After 10 minutes of arguing with this manager, I finally decide to tell her I’ll come back a different day. I was so angry. I told the owner about my experience and sent corporate an email about this manager. She should be fired. Eventually I got my money back that was $45.59 worth of food, and got a gift card. Read moreMy Dad ordered on the app. But, when we got there to pick the food up they said we did not order at all. Then, all they did to "help" was tell us to call a phone number. They didn't even apologize. Their service was terrible and their attitude was the worst you can possibly imagine. Don't ever go to this McDonald's. If someone who works at this McDonald's and you're reading this just know that I remember when this place used to be good. You guys are going down in quality. I usually don't review places because their service and stuff is usually good. But, the service there was terrible today and the last time I was there the staff was also not friendly. I didn't think much of it at that point and just though they were having a bad day or it was just one worker. But, this second time shows that they've got to either teach their staff how to not give an attitude or they've got to fire the ones that don't know how to be friendly. Or the owner/manager gives them a hard time everyday so they're always having a bad day. They've got to teach their employees how to deal with these problems. It's not that hard guys, a lot of the other restaurants out there don't have a problem with it so why should this one.
