Every time, and I am not exaggerating, every time myself or my friends go here there is something wrong with the order. Today they gave me the wrong drink, sauce, and had rung my order up wrong and I ended up paying $5 more. And of course, this is through their drive thru. I was on lunch, which made things worse, because I was in a hurry to get back. The order took forever as well.

The food is always on point, but the service here is AWFUL. Just so awful. Double, even triple check your orders.

I've used their drive thru numerous times and there is almost always an issue; they'll either not give you your card back and you'll almost drive off without it, they'll forget to give you cutlery, the size of your drink us different almost every time and they'll fill it mostly with ice so you get about 30% of your beverage.

Now, I will say their food is ALWAYS delicious, so this is not a review on the quality of their food - they're good in that department.

I just feel there is some sort of disconnect in the SOP for handling the drive thru. If the person who runs the card would just give it right back to you then it would prevent people from driving off without them (which I have feedback from others that it has happened to them as well), a double check of cutlery would be nice, and consistency with the beverages size and using less ice would be great as well.

I don’t usually write reviews on here as well that’s just not my thing, but let me tell you…this is my favorite place to eat in Heath! Very bright, comforting atmosphere. The place is also very clean! The food is decently priced - especially since you get a lot - especially in the large fixin’s. Even without the large, you still get plenty of food. The chicken is fantastic. I seen a lot of people say it’s bland (which I don’t agree with; it’s slightly spicy and the breading is amazing), and there’s no bones. That is true, although it doesn’t bother me as I’m more of a chicken tender gal anyway. But the baked Mac and Chees has been my favorite side; I’ve tried the fries once or twice and they’re always seasoned perfectly. The biscuits were dry when we first tried them a half a year ago; but ever since we’ve been back at least 10 times because they’re just so good and they’re not as dry now. They’re light and fluffy; just like a biscuit should be!! The workers there are always super kind, and gave us a little water bowl for our dog out in this 93 degree weather. I didn’t catch her name, but she definitely deserves a raise!! (: Overall, loved the atmosphere, the workers, and the food!!! Definitely recommend it...

Probably not gonna make it.... KFC across the street.. even better leghorns across the street.... Lee's in 2 locations and y'all thought it was a good idea to only have strips and sandwiches? Hardly any flavor to the chicken ( if y'all knew chicken you'd know dem bones add flavor),.spicy flavor is only hot no flavor.. I'll say what was good real quick, the brotha outside taking orders needs a raise and so does the woman that was with him. People at the window was cool but busy training and being trained still seemed friendly enough. Get bone in chicken, season that chicken better damn! Better variety I mean dang...it ain't good. Keep it up and leghorns, Lee's and KFC gonna run y'all right outta town. Popeyes came and went and their chicken taste better than y'all's. Definitely not...
