I spoke to a lady who I'd thought to be the manager, who was in the lobby. She, without offering any apologies or anything went to the back asking if they're out of hashbrowns, and disappeared, without returning...
I finally got my food. They initially forgot my donut, then dropped the bag / donut... They rebagged it (although it was an open bag, it didn't seem to hit the floor...). THEN my bacon was refrigerator cold. I brought my muffin back and they said they don't heat bacon, but serve it at room temperature. I replied that this was cold, not room temp. They did find a way to heat it up, while telling me again that they don't.
The lobby was dirty. Behind the counter was filthy!!

Gave them her name probably 6 or more times and nobody had a clue what I was talking about. They tell me they can't find the order anywhere and they think they threw it away. About 15-20 minutes later they come out and tell me they had to dig through the trash to find our order and had to remake it. I waited at the store for probably 30 minutes. All of the food was cold when we went to eat it which makes me wonder if they didn't give us the food that was thrown in the trash. And they gave us a $5 gift card to make up for their problem when we ordered almost $40 worth of food. I will not be going back to this store, I will go further to go to 21st st. as I haven't had any issues...

The staff member took my order and when I got to the window I was told my vehicle wasn’t detecting their sensor and I needed to come in next time. The staff member filled the bag with my order and threw it over to the counter at the window. I never received a receipt either. The lady was attempting to be kind however she was extremely rude in her approach. Store number 915670 at 835am and this came directly from my bank statement.
