ZERO STARS - They have a big sign in the window and inside advertising their $20 'Fill up' deal which consists of 12 pieces of chicken, 2 large mashed potatoes, gravy, Cole slaw, and biscuits. So I order that for Heather and I in extra crispy, and then I tell the guy taking the order that I need in addition to that 4 pieces of original recipe, two beasts and two thighs, a side of mac and cheese, and a side of green beans. The guy working the register is obviously new to taking orders so he calls over another guy who seems like a team lead, or at least very experienced with the register, we go over the order again and the total comes to about $28 which seems reasonable, $20 for the fill up meal and $8 for the extra chicken pieces and sides. I slide my card and wait. They bring the order and it looks light so I check it, no mashed potatoes and no gravy. The guy says "May I see your receipt"? Now remember this is the more experienced guy who helped take the order in the first place. I show him the receipt and he explains that it was ordered wrong and they substituted the mashed potatoes for the other two sides, I get it, it was rung up wrong and so we fix it. They want another $8 to fix the order, so I said well if I am going to pay $16 for four pieces I might as well change the order to two $20 fill up meals one ea extra crispy and one original recipe, one with the two sides substituted and one normal one, then at least we have extra chicken to snack on later. I pay the difference and they fix the order and bring it back to the counter. I am looking through it and realize that there is no gravy, so I said "We are missing the gravy" the guy says "May I see your receipt"? I said "You just rang this up, its two $20 fill ups, it comes with gravy". He is trying to convince me that it does not and they have to charge me extra for the gravy. I point to the sign that shows that it comes with gravy. At this point some girl comes up to the front, at first I thought she might be a manager, she looks at the receipt and also explains that I have to pay extra for the gravy. At his point I am frazzled and exclaim, "Are you freaking kidding me"? Now my New York is up and I am speaking pretty loud, you people are trying to charge me extra for something that your sign says comes with it? They offer some lame explanation, and the girl is now telling me to keep my voice down, or she will have to call the police and have me removed from the restaurant. I tell her to go ahead and call, I will be happy to explain how they are scamming me out of a gravy. At this point I am just sooo done, so I say to her, here just refund all of my money and take your chicken and shove it up your ass, and if you refuse to refund me I will call the police on her. She finally gives in and refunds my money, all the while she is telling the other guy to take the food off the counter, like I am going to make a run for it with the buckets of chicken. I ask her for my receipt and she doesn't know how to print a receipt of the refund. She tells me that I am no longer welcome at KFC, I tell her that's fine because I wont be back, but that I am not leaving without a receipt, Once again she threatens to call the police and have me either arrested or removed for trespassing, at this point I take out my phone and start calling the police. She is twitching at this point and runs to get the manager. He tells me to give him one second and he will get a receipt for me. I tried to explain how badly the two employees performed and what happened, and he defends his employees. Finally he gives me the receipt, I check it and leave. As I am leaving they remind me again that I am now...

So went to drive through and ordered. They said they needed to substitute my crispy chicken with original for lack of crispy. No problem I say. Then when I get to window they take my money and then inform me they don't have 2 of my sides as well. Not offering my money back asking was that ok. I said no it's not ok, please refund my money and I'd go elsewhere. The manager asked me what I expected coming there at 8:50 and they close at 9:00. I said I was here at 8:30 but they sent me through the drive through behind several other cars and now it's 20 minutes later. I just wanted my food I paid for. And then an employee started laughing because the manager had said this. I said real mature laughing about the situation and the manager said she wasn't. I said no ! it was your employee. Read moreMy husband took our 9 year old granddaughter to the Heath Kentucky Fried Chicken. They wanted to purchase 3 chicken legs for her dinner. The employee refused to sell them just 3 legs. My husband requested to speak to the manager Nicole. My husband stated that he would purchase a 3 piece meal. He was asked what he would like in the meal. He would like 3 legs in the meal. Manager Nicole stated that she would only sell 2 legs. My granddaughter stated that 2 would be fine. She took her food to the car upon opening her food container the chicken had absolutely no breading on the chicken legs! Meat only. Someone had peeled the breading from the chicken. I wonder what else was done to this food! A 9 year old in tears. SHAME ON KFC HEATH. The KFC in Heath had refused to sell food on a previous occasion and I was told by the owner Leslie that refusing to sell food would never happen again! It...
