Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Heath

It was challenging to find anything wrong with this Raising Cane's location. I have visited a handful of times, using both the drive thru and ordering in the restaurant and have had phenomenal treatment.

Just as every Raising Cane's location, as you pull up to the order machine in the drive thru you are greeted with a somewhat corny slogan along the lines of, "chicken chicken, what combo you pickin?" In a quick process, the person over the microphone will repeat the order back to confirm and next thing you know, you're pulling up to the pay window and have your food in less than two minutes.

Inside the restaurant does not pale in comparison to the swiftness of the drive thru. The restaurant's interior is the same as any other location, but the restaurant is CLEAN. Bathrooms, floors, everything is very clean and kept tidy. The ordering process is simple inside as is it outside, minus the corny slogan. After ordering food, there is a decent sized waiting area to stand before receiving your food and sitting down or...

Food is always delicious, service is usually fast and friendly. Why only 3 ⭐ rating? I go through the drive thru often so therefore have to hear the gimmicky phrases multiple times as you hear it for all the cars in front of you as well the ones behind you. Bippity boppity boo what can Cane's do for you? Or the classic hot chicken hot chicken what combo you pickin?. By the time I get to the window to pay iv heard the phrase 10 times easy. If you have a good product you don't need a gimmick. I started with my order once before they started the phrase , she's started and was like I'm trying to say the phrase. I don't need to hear the phrase just take my order please. Iv heard the phrases 1000 times it's redundant by now so that gets a ⭐ and 1/2 ding, the other half star ding is y'all go crazy with the ice. Even if you say easy ice there is still alot. I want a drink not a slushy. Have to say no ice then ice in a separate cup so I can put the PROPER...

This is by far, the best Cane's I have ever been too! I go here often, as a treat for my 5 year old that is in love with their texas toast. We always get two at least just for her 😅. I'm not sure how they get us through the drive through as well as they do but it's very impressive. The last time we actually went in to order, we also visited the restrooms which were by far the CLEANEST fast food restrooms I have ever been in. Honestly cleaner than most nice restaurants in the area. Seriously, I walked in there and it smelled so fresh and clean..? Everything was flawless...How do they do it?? The service is always exceptional as well. The manager on duty at the time of our last visit was so sweet and gave my daughter a Cane dog plushie and she absolutely squeeled!
