I was visiting Park City from out of state and decided to go to Heber Valley Pizza thanks to the incredible Google reviews. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere is casual, and it immediately becomes friendly and entertaining because the owners (Tobin and Chip, I believe) are hilarious, involved with their customers, and easy to talk to. I ordered the Caesar salad and two daily specials--sriracha wings and habanero dill pickle pizza. Everything was creative and delicious, and the pickle pizza in particular was next level to die for. I can handle some spice, but the habanero was getting to me, and Tobin and Chip swooped in to help. They regularly checked on me, made sure my water was constantly full, brought me extra ranch and bleu cheese crumbles to try to dampen the spice (because it was so good I couldn't stop eating it). We joked and laughed, and talked about hot sauces and hot peppers. It was one of the greatest experiences I've had at a pizza joint, and I'm craving the food as I type. I will most definitely be back and I live in Texas, so you should not hesitate to make...
Read moreTo celebrate 34 years of marriage my wife and I took a mini vacation to the Heber valley. Due to throat cancer I am really limited on what I can eat due to the aftermath of the treatment. I chose this place because I thought I could eat pizza without sauce provided the crust was undercooked and not crispy. The owner, Tobin suggested the 4 cheese pizza and agreed to undercook the crust. My wife ordered the BBQ chicken with a house salad. The pizza was cooked perfectly and I wish I could have tasted it. I was wrong on being able to eat pizza due to severe dry mouth. I am leaving a 5 star because these people are great! I can’t personally comment on the flavor because I don’t have taste buds but my wife really enjoyed her pie. Please support Heber Valley Pizza because they are awesome people. They have done a great job remodeling the restaurant from when it was a bbq joint. It is clean and has a great atmosphere. It’s tucked in the back of old town do don’t...
Read moreMy sister and I we went into Heber valley Pizza company after he got done with the ice castles in soldier hollow. Never heard this place you're like a pizza sounds good what the hell. We walk in we take a seat to wait for a table. While we were waiting I believe he was the owner offered a drink so I'm looking over their beers and they had a stout I've never tried before and my eyes lit up. The owner himself poured me my beer and gave me a sample of two beers mixed together which was fantastic. The owner had one of his employees come out to discuss beers and breweries with me. I have never been in an establishment that has been more warm and welcoming than Heber valley Pizza company. Our pizzas were amazing I got the da pie. When you go be ready for warm smiles, warm soles, and hot food. I will definitely be making the drive soon to get another...
