Starbucks — Restaurant in Heber

We stopped to get something on our way through and when approaching the counter there were 5 staff members, two of which were working at warming up sandwiches for drive through.

Neither acknowledged me and said they would be with me until I asked if I was in the right area.

One then said she would be right with me and then went back to warming sandwiches.

After another time waiting, I finally said “Is there not someone available to take my order?” Then someone came from another area to the counter and took my order, not apologizing.

My order was then done incorrectly and I had to wait for the right drink.

Drive thru should not be a higher priority, there should be someone available to work...

This location inside Smith's is the best one I have been to (and I drink a lot of Starbucks!). The whole team knows me by name and has no problem making my daily complicated drink that is not on the menu! Sandy (the lead) obviously does a great job with her team and every one of them is fantastic and kind. I purposely choose this location over the drive-thru location down the street due to their better customer service and the fact that they are always open when they are supposed to be. Starbucks is one of my favorite places anywhere in the world being from the northwest. This particular Starbucks allowed my friend and I to sit undisturbed working on laptops and phones to warm up on a cold morning without making a purchase.
