Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at an Eat'n Park, ever. We often frequent Eat'n Park because of consistency. Location was not busy at all. Possibly 8 tables at most. Not this location! Upon arrival at 4:50 pm we were stared at as if we were in the wrong place or perhaps we were some type or of mutants or aliens by an employee behind the pie case for over 10 minutes while waiting for a host/hostess who was abscent. After being seating, we were greeted by a polite waitress who took our order at 5:10. We ordered dinners and salad bar. Salad bar was filthy, unstocked, and had very little available items, and no breads, muffins, etc. Soup of the day was empty. Multiple people complaining about it. Waitress returns multiple times apologizing for the dinner wait explaining "I'm sorry, I don't know what they are doing back there". Food arrives at 6:01. Burger dry overcooked and cold. Turkey sandwich with mashed, ice cold. Chicken broccoli Alfredo ice cold, no alfredo sauce, dried out penne, and raw uncooked broccoli...we don't complain, but asked for a little alfredo sauce, she comes back with a 2 oz. Dipping sauce cup of cold Alfredo sauce, saying I'm so sorry, this is what they gave me. Meanwhile, manager is now out helping stock salad bar. She seems flustered and busy over the situation. We did not complain, tipped the waitress well cause it's not her fault, and didn't mention anything to manager because she was busy. After an hour we didn't want to wait longer for replacement food and in fear of the unethical, disrespectful kitchen staff of potentially messing with our food. Situation needs addressed or place should be shut down until training is provide and/or staff is replaced. As mentioned earlier, I rarely complain, but $60 for 3 cold dinner (with 2 children) is a crime and the kitchen staff should be ashamed of their lack of respect to customers, management, and waitresses, who are most likely taking the abuse and lacking tips due to the cooks behavior. I always feel this chain to be consistent, but this was on a level of its own. And by far hands down, the worst experience dining, in my entire life! Shameful. Check #55, total $57.36 date: 12/10/23 Waitress was awesome and I feel bad for her! Management be assertive and either train people or learn to fire people. With all the surrounding chains being packed I should have went with my gut instinct upon arrival waiting 10 minutes for a hostess and being looked at like a...
Read moreFirst of all, the server, Brandi, was downright horrid. She took over 10 minutes to come to our table, and another 15 for two waters. From there, the service only managed to get worse. I ordered a cup of potato soup, which Brandi went to get. Another 10 minutes later, she didn’t even tell us that the soup was out, she told the table next to us, who informed her that they did not order soup. Honest mistake, but she did not even mention it to our table until the person I was with asked me about other side options. I then ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup which Brandi never brought, nor mentioned again. In comes the check, which took 20 minutes after we were done with our food to be delivered, and it still had the original cup of potato soup on it. My friend politely asked to get the soup taken off as it was almost two hours since we had gotten there, and Brandi took the check. She then got the manager, Katie, who was incredibly rude and accused us of threatening to dine and dash. The main issue of this is that we both had our cards in our hands to pay as she said this. The soup, which was never given to me, was never taken off. Both the server Brandi and the manager Katie were exponentially rude and disrespectful, for no discernible reason. Overall, this is the worst service I have ever seen, and figuring I am a server myself, I would be fired if I acted the way Brandi did. Every other employee at this Eat n’ Park has always been spectacular, but these two seem to cause...
Read moreUntil recently, I lived in Greensburg my entire life and my family and friends have always enjoyed this restaurant. Over the past year, I've had three consecutive negative experiences. On the first, my family and I (party of 4) did not receive our food after nearly an hour. However, the waitress was attentive, apologized profusely (reported that a cook called off) and compensated each of us with a piece of pie. During my next experience a few months later, a friend and I waited about 45 minutes before getting our food, which was incorrect. The waitress did apologize for the error and the wait. This waitress deducted our drinks from the bill. Finally, I gave this restaurant a third chance today. This waitress was rude from the start. She did not refill our beverages, check on us once or acknowledge that my friend and I have been waiting 45 for our food, which was oatmeal, eggs and bacon. After an hour of being there, I needed to leave. My friend asked if we could have our food to go when she saw the waitress walk past. The waitress acted as though we were inconveniencing her. I never did receive my food. Needless to say, I will not be returning here and I will not recommend eating here. It is a shame that this restaurant has went so...
