This Subway location is the closest to our home but it's the only Subway that my family has ever has issues at. Unfortunately, it's not a one time misfortune it has been a issue every visit for years now. Last week me and my wife ordered two subs where I purchased a chicken, bacon, and ranch while she ordered a steak and cheese that had southwest chipotle sauce. When we bit into the subs the sauces were reversed and she got a mouthful of ranch which she is allergic to. Luckily she is ok. We took the subs back and they eventually understood their mixup and they made us fresh replacements. Since everyone makes mistakes we created a curbside pickup order today for lunch. The order was supposed to be ready at 12:40 but at 12:55 (15 min after we checked in) we decided to go inside to see what the holdup was. Long story short the order had not been started yet and it took another 10 min to get our order. This is unacceptable. Thank goodness for other subways...
Read moreOverall my experience was okay, Anne was very nice and was very on top of things while handling both the in-store and window orders simultaneously. The only thing that made me feel weird were the children of one of the employees behind the counter. I can understand that childcare is hard to come by, but I don't see any reason why there are kids no older than 10 asking me if I would like my receipt. They were very nice and respectful, but I'm interested to know what a health inspector would have to say about it. So this subway(Dabney Drive)starts off the new year by adding mayo to my sub when I didn't want any on it at all because I was taking the sub to work and their mayo gets watery after a while( & they were out of banana peppers). It's bad service like this is why I don't even tip because they always find a way to not impress me, thanks for ruining my lunch at work on 3rd shift subway.
