Throughout the evening, Zack our server ensured that our glasses were never empty, and he was always available to assist with any request. The level of attentiveness without being intrusive was remarkable.

Well, the food was great but I have to tell you they blew it on the service. This was our first time there and our last as management failed big time. There was a total 7 of us, we ordered food and they started bringing out our Appetizers which was great, the problem is when they started dropping our entrees. Now my husband ordered a gumbo while our son ordered a gumbo soup. Let me stress again this was our 1st time there, we don't know what these dishes look like, and my husband and son are sitting at opposite sides of our long table. The problem is when the waiter gives my husband our sons dish. My husband starts to eat it only to be told by the waiter after he started eating that he had the wrong entree. So instead of asking what we would like to do we said that's ok he'll just have entree bring our son his entree. This waiter then brings my husband original order and we're wth.. anyways at end he charged us for both entrées we told no it was your mistake let speak to the manager. The manager never, continued to relay that we had to pay for it. We said no and again asked for the manager. She never showed her face at all. We paid our almost $400 bill and left. We will never be returning to this place ever again for failure to address a simple correction on management's actions

According to the server that waited on us you refused to acknowledge the mistake and he said that I was responsible for your mistake plus adding that gratuity on top of that for a family of 6.
