This is why service will always outshine food. I’m a Las Vegas Local and I’ve been eating at timbers since I was in my 20s. Over the course of the past couple months me and my family have ordered over $300 worth of food from this restaurant. Tonight is July 15, 2025 and I called to place an online order and was met with horrible customer service from whatever female waitress was serving behind the bar this evening at 6 PM. First, First, I called to report a credit card issue I was having I had been trying to place orders for several days using numerous different cards and different banks and the charges were not going through. I called my bank numerous times and they said they did not see any charges from timbers. I called the restaurant to see if they could help and the person that answered was completely rude to me told me that my issue was nonexistent and basically fluffed it off. I then asked if I could place an order with her directly and she told me It would be over an hour wait when the app said 25 min. She was completely rude to me and could care less. I even called back to express my frustration with the customer service was she was even nastier. She didn’t even apologize or offer to help me with the problem and I guess don’t want me as a customer anymore. Shame you have people like that working there. Get someone better...
Read moreOrdered 40 of food through grub hub and thats just the app the deleivery driver is owned by timbers and when he showed up to my home on time he had a 10 minute conversation with a REAL ESTATE AGENT in front of my house about the house for sale next door! Afterward he just stood on the sidewalk looking around like he didnt even know what was happening until i came out. When i left a comment about this through many various means all i got from grub hub(not even timbers) was a 5 dollar code for another order. Im disgusted because it cost 5 dollars outright delivery fee and 3 dollars outright tip. I spent 8 dollars to watch the driver stand there with my food for 10 minutes talking to a REAL ESTATE AGENT not including the 30 dollars for food that was already paid for and that he could have handed me BEFORE he started a deal with an agent and they expect me to order again. They gave me a 5 dollar code for what? So i can watch another delivery driver try to buy the house next to me while my FISH gets cold and my onion rings get soggy. I could have gotten the same quality garbage from a fast food joint for way less money and alot quicker. Im so extra pissed cause when i saw him he was perfectly on time. When i actually got my food in hand he was late.... then he tried starting a conversation about the house next door. Im disgusted by these...
Read moreWe'd previously been happy regulars at this location for a few years as it's close to our house. Over the last couple years, the food quality got worse and worse, including "sour" bad chicken (where we had to argue with the server until she went and smelled the chicken in the back and found it was ALL bad), lettuce that was flat and limp from sitting out, chicken so hard in a Caesar salad that I didn't know if it was chicken or a crouton, burned fries, etc. Every manager blamed the next (we met one another location who proudly touted his improvements he'd left at this one and I assured him...he didn't)
We opted to drive 6 miles to a different location, where we had no issues. We also chose a different bar to frequent that's about a block away, where we've had great service and much better experience with the food.
A couple weeks ago we decided to give this location another shot, ordering a couple of different salads. So far, so good...it's salad.
Last night we decided to have some potato skins for an appetizer. Not sure of what I paid, but I'm guessing about $10-12 for this "appetizer". For reference, my thumb is about 2 1/2" long. These potatoes were no larger than the size of a large egg. Clearly quality of food isn't a concern still. I'd be embarrassed to offer this to a customer. We definitely WON'T be back...
