My family and business have been very supportive welcoming Brew Tea Bar to Henderson, and a Rewards Member for years. Brew Tea prices are high, similar to Starbucks premium drinks but Brew Tea loathes honoring their Rewards Program Free Drink finding ways to charge you for your earned freebie or demanding you pay full price today and they will honor their Reward, "Next Time." Multiple times, after ordering over the phone the same common drinks every time from our business offices nearby, upon arrival irregardless of being early, late, or exactly on time they dictate, Brew Tea staff act as if you aren't even there, even when you're actually the ONLY customer there, literally! Today it happened again. I arrived before Brew Tea's dictated time where 5+ employees were ovlivious and NEVER even welcomed nor acknowledged me after 15 minutes. After Multiple Asain customers were served, some AFTER I had arrived patiently waiting for my call-ahead order, I asked for any person in charge and was promptly ignored, denied and asked why I wanted that. ??? After explaining my disappointments, I was given an insincere fake "sorry" and once they realized my order was in fact 30 minutes late and I was by then the sole single customer in the entire store, the same employee that told me no manager was there, offered, are you ready, for me to save my Reward, pay full price for Brew Tea's errors if not prejudice, and, "next time they would honor the same order FREE," completely ignoring their own service failures. Sadly, the staff attitude is often very prejudiced against non-Asian customers, and there is no customer service escalation if you are wrongly overcharged, forgotten, order is wrong late, etc. They do NOT take responsibility for anything they do wrong. and there is purposely NO ONE offered to contact. Calling other stores for a higher level follow up is ignored. After almost an hour trying to get my usual phone order politely, I left with nothing and went to a better competitor bubble tea cafe. Brew Tea visibly didn't care. Buyer Beware if you ever go to Brew Tea and don't like the service or product here. Brew Tea doesn't serve all customers equally if at all. Brew Tea Rewards end up being abused by Brew Tea as well. Read other similar bad reviews. Caveat Emptor.
02/22/2022 UPDATE to Brew Tea Reply: Brew Tea has now made up a false narrative they thought their customer base would sadly believe. My time/date stamped photo is now attached to this review verifying Brew Tea Staff will lie on top of lies. Brew Tea's own Clock on the wall disproves their fabricated reply. They will now edit their original false reply to fit their false narrative. Video was also taken disproving management, that continues to never reply to longtime Loyal customers, retaliated Rewards, denies accountability. Photo disproves Brew Tea reply. Shows their own clock, 5+ employees ongoing discriminatory behavior while I waited at counter to be recognized for call-ahead order. No one greeted me while I stood at counter until they had served absolutely every other skin-tone and my order was by then melted waste. As a Disabled Veteran Community Leader, it is disgusting how Brew Tea disrespects America's Military Heros, double-down on their discrimination, have ZERO ADA accommodation skills, and use ignorance and lies as excuses for only taking care of the customers they want. No guest-recovery drinks were ever requested nor offered, nor received. No Military discounts are regularly offered at Brew Tea should also be noted. So, Brew Tea caught in more lies, zero customer service skills. I suppose they won't care at all when the disabled and Veterans picket outside their doors from multiple service organizations while Consumer Advocate Media watch. Brew Tea Earned It! ...

BTB Service & Ambiance: The main sitting area has a minimalist contemporary design with big rectangular monitors to display their mienu. There's adequate seating if you choose to enjoy your drinks inside. The service is fantastic as they have their system down. Efficiency is hitting on all cylinders from the cashier to the team behind the counter putting together the boba teas and more. They know how to handle high volume well.
BTB Boba drinks+: All the boba tea drinks me and my friends have been on point. The ingredients used are high quality, fresh and they know how to put together tdhe drinks for max flavor. I'm usually ordering some milk tea or a taro drink. I got bold and tried their macha cheese latte on my last visit and it was tasty! I love cheese and you can definitely taste the cheese flavor in this latte. It wasn't overwhelming and was more of an enhancement versus overall flavor for the latte drink.
I'm so glad this Brew Tea Bar is closer to my house and they'll be more visits in the future as they crush everything from the service to their...

Solid boba spot with a wide selection of drinks, and they serve mini bobaāwhich is pretty rare to see these days.
Pistachio Matcha Milk Tea ($7.50 Large) + Fresh Strawberry ($1) + Large Mixed Boba ($0.75): A blend of ceremonial-grade matcha and finely ground pistachios with oat milk. My husband opted for no whipped cream, with regular sweetness and ice levels. The fresh strawberries were actual fruit bitsānot purĆ©eāso they didnāt alter the flavor profile of the drink. The milk tea itself was well-balanced and smooth, without any graininess. I also loved the mix of boba sizes, all of which were cooked nicely.
Hokiyoki Mix ($5.50 Large) + Egg Pudding ($0.75): The Hokiyoki is a combo of Hokkaido and Okinawa milk tea, which I'm a big fan of. I went with 75% sweetness which was the perfect level for me. The egg pudding paired well, but I think boba might have been a better choice. I do wish they had broken up the pudding more; it seemed like one big chunk was added, so a lot of it was left...
