Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Henderson

You can find bad service anywhere in vegas. I don't like it but I try to grin and bear and just get thru it. I will not however put up with people yelling at me.

I've heard for years how this sandwich shop is so good so on a whim I decided to try it while making some errands. So I go up to the counter and they guy says "what's your order, MAN?". "I want a capastrami.". "do you want anything special on that, MAN?". "no". "your order is $10.58, MAN", then when he gives my change he starts rattling off some gibberish which I couldn't understand.

I was supposed to make a phone call but it was impossible in this place because it's so small and noisy so I went outside but they have this music blasting over a speaker just outside the door, so I gave up and went back in. I took a table near the order desk and my name was called fairly quickly but when I got up and walked two steps over to the counter, this woman is still packing my order. So I not only have to stand there and wait but I also have to dodge the people coming out behind the counter to deliver orders inside. Really? If I order something to go, I have to wait for them to call my name and then wait while they pack my order but if I order it inside they deliver???? Geez, really? I didn't say anything; I'm not telling anybody how to do their job. I took the order and started to walk out and I guess this woman behind the counter didn't like my attitude and so she says "have a nice day", and then again "have a nice day" and by the time I got out the door she was shouting it "HAVE A NICE DAY".

Sometime between 12:20-12:45pm today (JUL 25) I entered for a pickup order. They did not find it. No worries, I let them know I can just wait for them to make me a large Bobbie since they can't find it. The girl says okay, but the manager on duty tells her to hold on. After 5 minutes the manager on duty approaches me and says 'We don't have your order so we can't do anything', I reiterate that it's fine I'll just buy a large Bobbie. She says they only have one order for someone else and it's not paid for, I say 'thats okay I'll buy that large Bobbie if you want and you can make another one, or I can pay you to make me one.' she refused and said 'Well how do I know who you are?' I said 'please just make me a large Bobbie, my name is Lenny, and for the last ten minutes I've just wanted to pay for a Bobbie' her response? 'We're just following rules' so I told her to just forget it and left. I called back to ask her name and she refused to give me her name unless I had corporate on a 3 way call. After going to the next closest location they told me she manages both and her name is 'Steph'....

Very dirty, from floors to tables to countertops. There was one guy at the counter helping a lady, while three employees were visible in the back and a fourth came in from taking out the trash. After 5 minutes of being ignored, the manager finally came out from the back and asked if I had been helped yet. I ordered the managers special and she asked me what sandwich, as if I worked there and she didn't. Then, as I waited for the one worker to make all 3 of the sandwiches for the lady in front of me, I watched as nobody helped the one guy do all of the work. Needless to say, I will not eat at this location again. They treat you like they don't need or want your business. ...15 minutes later, I'm still waiting for my sandwich. So I go up to the counter and ask where my sandwich is after I see them hand one to a lady that ordered after me...they forgot to make my sandwich!!! So she tells me she will put double on It, so I figured double meat...nope , just double cranberry and mushy...
