Unfortunately, I am having to post an unhappy review. I had never had a problem with/at this Crazy Pita, until recently. I had ordered two "Create Your Own" plates, both with Babaganoush. I had also ordered a side of grape leaves. Upon getting the food home, my fiance and I dug into the babaganoush only to have found it to be completely sour and curdled. It was, without a doubt, rancid. This has never happened. We decided to try to eat some of the other food, since both meals together were close to $40. My fiance started biting into one of his grape leaves when we heard a loud crunch. A tiny shard of glass was found in the grape leaves... GLASS. Let me tell you, I am never one to write a bad review, but the way the manager handled this information was very unprofessional and upsetting. I called in immediately, let the manager know of the spoiled babaganoush and glass shard (actually, PHYSICALLY brought in the glass shard that remained to show her). She seemed concerned, told me that she would get back to me as soon as possible, and I never received a call back. I showed up at the location, the manager apologized, took the small glass shard, said that she could not give me my money back for some reason unknown to me (all that I wanted was my money back), but that she would get it figured out, call me back, and get my money back as soon as she was able. Never received a call, never got my money back... I even called her directly and left a voicemail. Nothing. It was so surprising and infuriating to me. I will no longer be providing business to this location because of the lack of professionalism and lack of putting costumer's first. This was...
Read moreDO NOT come to this location if you are vegan, or especially if you have any sort of allergy or dietary restriction! I ordered a falafel bowl online at their website with no feta or feta salad, and the receipt had my correct order on it. But not only did my falafel bowl have feta on it, it literally looked like someone had just picked the feta off of it since it was a bunch of hard to see bits of feta instead of larger pieces that you'd expect on a bowl like this. While the female worker was friendly and apologized when we went back to the store to get a new order, at first they tried to just give me a little cup with new falafels instead of a new rice bowl. When I finally did get my new bowl, I was so disappointed by the food! The rice and hummus just wasn't that flavorful, and the falafels had such an awful bitter taste. You only get 3 falafels in a bowl too, which I honestly wasn't expecting since it's the only vegan or vegetarian protein option. I suspect that the nutrition guide on their website isn't completely honest about my meal being vegan, since my stomach did hurt after eating. Definitely won't be going back to a...
Read moreThis was hands down THE BEST service I've ever had at a restaurant ever! I was blown away. We arrived with extended family with a number of small (annoying) children. The manager couldn't have been more hospitable. He offered free drinks to our kids before we even started ordering. He was extremely and genuinely personable and friendly. He didn't mind our 2-year-old playing with some of their merchandise for sale (despite our efforts to keep him away).
While ordering my wife mentioned she couldn't decide between two dishes she's never tried before. She ordered one, but after they brought our food out, they brought her a small order of the other dish, again gratis, just so she could taste both.
My sister-in-law considered some baklava, but didn't order it. As we were leaving the manager ran some out to her, again on the house. The free food cost them a few dollars, but it was priceless to our experience there.
By the way, I should mention that the food was excellent. We tried many different items and found the quality and flavor to be top-notch! I wish I lived here. Even whenever I pass through, they won...
