Worst customer service ever. My pizzas never arrived and when I called to ask for them, they said that they called multiple times when that was not true. when I told them that I had no unanswered calls from them, they said that the delivery man couldn't get in through the gate because he didn't have the code even though I specifically wrote in the comments section of my order the gate code. For a fact I know that the delivery man didn't even try putting in the code because if he had then an alert would of been sent to my phone saying that someone used my code to get through the gate. And to make things worse the women who I was talking to on the phone while asking where my pizzas where was beyond rude and disrespectful, she kept on speaking over me and continued to raise her voice at me through the phone multiple times. She denied everything I told her and just kept on making excuses for everything. Read moreUntil recently, I've always enjoyed Domino's but my experience with this location has damaged it's reputation and our relationship - Be careful!! Spend your money wisely or elsewhere.This location will mess your order up and hold no accountability. In fact, the management will assure you a store credit as compensation for their error and when you call to redeem the credit you will be told that there is no note of such. This location has horrible customer service and doesn't value it's customers. I wouldn't recommend this location and am displeased with the etiquette of it's management, it's service and it's customer appreciation or lack thereof.
Like how is it my fault that they screwed my order up and how is it my fault that the management didn't adequately make a notation of the credit promised to me for the inconvenience of ruining my meal. Read moreI literally have no issue with this place whatsoever I’m only giving it one star because as I’m sitting here watching my food getting made there’s a lady working here, With two long pigtails and I mean LONG pigtails that keep flopping around over top of the food she has two yellow sunflowers on top of her pigtails and she’s been swinging her hair everywhere over the food and there’s other girl, standing next to her flapping her ponytail over the food now don’t get me wrong they have their hat on. But what’s up with swigging loose hair over the food? That’s absolutely disgusting. And as we speak I’m actually trying to look around for health the rating?
