Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

I am not normally a complainer but Domino’s in Henderson has to be the worst restaurant for customer service in town. Six visits in a row I have had some type of problem. Two consecutive times now I have arrived once the app tells me my order is ready, to be told one of my pizzas is missing and must have been given to someone else. I told the lady today that this was unacceptable, once maybe but twice in a row. No apology. Just told me she could remake one and it would be ready in 7 minutes. So I wait, with 2 small children. One of which ends up needing to go to the bathroom. No soap in there for us to wash our hands. Last visit there was no toilet paper. Back out we come to wait and wait. Someone else in there went up to ask what on earth was going on with his order, he was offered an apology and a soda while he waited. I went up after 15 mins since I was told it would be 7. My pizza was ready and no one had alerted me that it was. I was given the rest of my food. My fault for not checking for accuracy but at this point one of the employees had opened everything when I got there to know I was missing the ham and pineapple so I assumed I had everything else. I get home to find that I now have 2 ham and pineapple pizzas and was missing the pepperoni. On top of that, the pineapple and jalapeño chicken, I have jalapeño and bacon, which I checked on the app and isn’t even an available item to order. I called and asked for a manager to be told they were busy and could I hold. So I hold for several minutes. Someone else picks up. I ask if this was manager. She says no but she couldn’t get the manager. Obviously avoiding putting me on the phone with the person in charge. I explain to this employee the problem just to get several mmm hmmms along the way. This is by far the worst experience I have had with a pizza restaurant. We ordered food on Thursday night and was told it would be 45 minutes for our order to be delivered. An hour and a half later I call the store and no one answers. Finally our pizza was delivered 2 hours after we ordered. They were closed by the time our food was delivered so when we called back again to complain about our cold food and how it was made wrong of course no one answered the phone. I called back Friday to speak with a manager and was on hold for an hour and a half with the phone only being picked up 3 times and after I asked to speak with a manager was told he was busy and couldn’t come to the phone. Finally a crew member took my call and helped to replace my order. She was very nice. Well, it again took 2 hours for that delivery and yet again the food was delivered cold. It was worse than the day before. They were also closed again when our pizza was delivered so I couldn’t get in touch with anyone on the phone. I called Saturday to speak with the General Manager and was on the phone for 2 hours with 2 people picking up telling me that the general manager was too busy to come to the phone. I told them I would hold. A third person picked up the phone and hung up on me. This is the worst place to order food from as most of the employees are rude and don’t care about...

If I could give Henderson, NC Dominos Store # 8839 a rate of 0 I would! Multiple times I have had to wait a extended amount of time to receive my order through delivery. However, this last order has done it for me. My order has been sitting in “quality check” for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I called the store to make sure my order was still placed and let’s just say the customer service is so distasteful. The first time I called someone answered and then hung up. The second time I called someone answered, didn’t say hello or anything just said “we are not taking any orders” and then they hung up on me. I called a third time and someone answered but said “please hold” I waited for 30 minutes until someone was able to assist. The employee states that they don’t have any drivers and cannot deliver my order. No one called to notify me or anything. This has been a waste of time and energy. If I would have been notified I would have been able to find something else for dinner. This is just mind blowing that Domino’s of Henderson, NC customer service is so terrible. This will not happen again because for now on I will not be ordering from Domino’s again. Especially not from Dominos in Henderson, NC Store # 8839. Waste...
