Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Henderson

I have a few issues with this location - honestly I think they should wear hair nets and masks if they are going to talk over the food while making it and lastly they place the wrapping paper in an exposed area that does not have glass and customers befor you talk and spit over the the paper as well as the employees. Then the paper sits there until the sandwich is made. The sandwich is then placed on the germy wrapping paper and cut. Now the entire sandwich is contaminated. I must admit that the sandwiches are tasty but the are the sandwich paper is placed should be protected by glass too. I saw where an upset customer yelled and screamed at en employee over someone...

Absolutely wonderful Jersey Mike’s! My family has food allergies so eating while traveling is usually very difficult. We go to our local Jersey Mike’s so we decided to give this one a try while traveling. They were absolutely fantastic in making sure that the food was safe for my family as well as doing it with a big smile! They were incredibly kind and never made us feel like a burden! I know the extra preparation to prepare for food allergies can sometimes be a pain, but the team here was incredibly wonderful and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be stopping again!...

I placed an online order. It said it would be ready in 30 minutes. So I came in 30 minutes. Not ready. I waited at the register for 7 minutes to ask about it. No one acknowledged me. So I thought i will wait for them to put in on the pickup rack. Now it is over and hour. Many have come and gone. The workers are mostly chatting in the back. I asked and they couldn't find my order. Finally they found it, they had put it to the side. My hot sub was cold. And of course the sandwich was made wrong. Why do they even ask for a tip?? Why...
