Big Cheese Pizza 😈 I tried to call ahead! I was put on hold. I hung up and I called back, Never heard of voice I was put on hold, Got to The establishment, Noticed two people coming out the back door, Waited and drive-through for 15 minutes, Got to the window I let the Cashier no I have been on the phone for over 20 minutes. Someone put me on hold. Proceeded to give my order the cashier got the manager, I let the Manager know, I have been on hold for over 20 minutes, And I proceeded to State I will sit in the drive-through until you hand me my order, I was told you can leave I will give you your money back, We would not be serving you !!! This time I had not paid for my order So I proceeded to put my car in gear and I left, I have never been treated with such disrespect In all of my life, Companies and people feel that they could treat you any kind of way and except your money and you have to be quiet, This is unacceptable. I feel sorry for anybody that goes to that restaurant and be treated with such disrespect with no care. No empathy just give me your money and shut your mouth and get out of my drive-through., I will not tolerate such behavior. You will never get my business until you prove that you deserve my business. And you willing to treat me like a human being with the respect that I am due…………. Sorry for the company if you allow yourself to hire people of this caliber because they should not be working with the public. It is just disgusting. The way society is today and the way the companies are being ran. You have a lot of people that don’t care about the people they are serving and they rather be somewhere else. Well, I think you should give them somewhere else to be. They need to be fired. And get somebody in there that actually care about the customers And willing to respect the individual Which is the customer? I ordered a slice of pizza that comes with side salad. I got spaghetti with meatballs and that came with bread and I also got two drinks with it all for just over $13 which considering the amount of food is a great deal!
The spaghetti was cooked well and soft noodles. The sauce was pretty good but a bit lacking which is part of 4/5 stars.
The meatballs had some good flavor and we're cooked well enough but I feel they too are missing something more but I would still order it again.
The pizza was delicious and the slice is as big as my head, the salad was massive and very fresh which was great and the amount of dressing they gave was a perfect amount as many places typically give small portions.
I took out and didn't dine in but I can say the service was great, friendly staff and great food with a pretty fast turn around for getting my food to go after ordering.

Read moreI originally ordered a slice of sausage pizza over the phone and came in and changed my order. The young lady at the front desk asked if I wanted to cancel it. I said yes, 4 times to two different people. She told the cook in the back and he sucked his teeth and asked why. I then went to go pay for my order and she asked me if I wanted to cancel the pizza. I stated, if I need to pay for the slice that is fine because you keep mentioning it. She went in the back and told whoever she was speaking to that I was being rude. I'm not really sure how many ways I can tell you I DO NOT want the slice. Either way, the cooks in the back speak Spanish and so we do. So, with the counter and the kitchen being so close together next time you should work on limiting your conversation and don't assume people wouldn't understand you.
