I came through the drive thru on my way home from just getting into to town. The person who took my order was rude kept cutting us off while trying to place my order. She gave us the total before we could finish then when asked if we could get the fries well done we were met not with an ok or anything but her rudely restating the total. Once we pulled up to the window another gum smacking girl at the window opens it no greeting or anything so I asked for the name of the person who took my order was told that I couldnât get the name of the person who took my order Iâm like why not as I would like to speak with a manager in regards to her behavior. She proceeds to slam the window shut and talk to another girl who was behind her, comes to the window again and states she cannot give me the girls name. I ask again why not if a manager is not on duty and I would like to make a complaint in regards to the service I received I should be able to do so. She finally comes back and rolls her eyes while saying the girls name is Kierra( ki-rah). No one wears a name badge so not...

We took my dad to Raising Caneâs for the first time this weekend, and let me tell youâheâs officially hooked. At 78 years old, heâs seen a lot of meals in his day, but this one? This one got a standing ovation (okay, maybe just a very enthusiastic nod and a âMmm!â but still).
He dove into those chicken fingers like a seasoned proâcrispy, juicy, and somehow nostalgic even though heâd never had them before. The Caneâs Sauce? Letâs just say he asked if we could bottle it and take it home. The Texas toast was golden perfection, and the coleslaw got a rare thumbs-up (heâs picky about slaw, so thatâs saying something).
The whole vibe was clean, friendly, and fast. No frills, just good food and good energy. We laughed, we dipped, we conquered. And yesâweâll absolutely be back. My dadâs already planning his next order like itâs a military operation.
If youâre wondering whether Raising Caneâs is worth the hype, just ask my dad. Heâs 78, sharp as ever, and now officially a chicken...
Read moreHow embarrassing! To sit there with a screaming/crying toddler and a crying dog. Waiting for your food to come out for 10 minutes (Caniac Combo & a 3 piece finger with 2 extra sauces) and seeing EVERYONE behind you getting their food having them wait for you because the drive through employees more than likely have your food to someone else. Two lanes & three cars down. The boy at the drive through finally comes up to me and asks if Iâm waiting for foodâŚâŚ.? And the girl looks at him confused? Iâm extremely disappointed. If you guys canât handle two lanes then just stick to one donât try to be like Chic-Fil-A if you guys donât have the proper training. The drive through manager (if there even is one) needs to train her employees better. I will say the Atomsphere when I went in for the refund was very lively and upbeat. It looks like a very fun place to work. Maybe instead of screaming âdâe with a smileâ talk to each other about the orders that are missing. 3.5 stars in the, what three weeks youâve been openâŚâŚ Iâm...
