The Human Bean — Restaurant in Henderson

So nice that there’s a new coffee spot in Henderson close to where I live. The staff are extremely friendly the three times I’ve tried this place out. Happy hour is also great. Only down side is each time I’ve came to try out this place the drinks I’ve gotten taste like it’s just milk...The first drink I tried the first time I came here was the Snowy Mocha. I thought this was gonna be amazing...and upon tasting it, it seemed like there was no espresso in it...It was like I was drinking just milk. I still decided to give it a second try and of course the staff is supper friendly and it made me feel like this one should be good! I ordered a small Mexi Mocha. Gave it a try it and it was the same experience as before...it was like it was only milk with a little bit of chocolate flavor. This third and last time I decided to get a hot medium Matcha green tea with no whipped cream. Guess what? It tasted more like vanilla and milk than matcha. I had even gotten one for my boyfriend and he told me it tasted watered down. He couldn’t even finish it. I thought I would love this place and I’m really disappointed because the staff is so personable. Looks like I have to stick...

I never write a review but this warrants one! Ordered an iced mocha, sounded correct when the order was repeated back. I got to the window was handed a green drink, the young lady said I ordered an iced matcha, stated no it was an iced mocha, apologized if I heard her wrong. THEN the Manager came to window told me this isn't the first time I complained my drink was wrong...I explained that is not true since it was only my third time visiting, and the first time it was incorrect. I told her that they need to be sure they are accusing the correct person of such a thing! Told her I would be happy to go down street for now on, she just said she can only go by what the girls tell her! As I took a drink driving down the street I got a coffee with coconut milk and NO mocha, guess they were going to make sure my oder was wrong!! Unbelievable management at this location!! I would rate zero if I could!! Guess Dutch Bros will get my business moving forward as they have much better...

I tried reaching out via phone using a number that came up on google for human bean I called over 6 times back to back due to Danica answering the phone and immediately hanging up on me after the 6th try I asked why i was hung up on and she said because the phone doesn’t take calls and then got an attitude with me. I called again and spoke to Jenna who told me the employee told her that she was getting multiple calls at once and didn’t hang up I advised those were hang ups and described the situation as those calls were me back to back calling because after the 3rd ring she would hang up. For someone like myself who has never tried your company and wanted to try it for the first time and had a question about the menu this is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional and I will not be visiting your establishment! Do not waste your time or money...
