I've eaten burritos for decades, frequently. I'm from San Francisco and my husband of 30 years was Mexican. I realize the way burritos and tacos are made, vary according to what part of Mexico they are from. That's no problem. I ordered a beef & bean burrito and added to it, cheese, lettuce, quacamole, sour cream. I wanted salsa, but they said the salsa was in a bin next to me. I thought to myself, once the burrito is wrapped, how will you get it added inside. When I received the burrito, I saw why. the burrito was not wrapped properly. It was so loosely wrapped, it was hard to hold together. Someone needs to teach them how to wrap a burrito properly. the salsa was more red water than real salsa. the flour tortilla was dry heated and not steam heated. Dry heat dries the tortilla out and causes it to crack open, spilling the contents. I never got the guacamole or sour cream in the burrito or if it was it was so insignificant, it was not discernible. I do not recommend their burritos. Read moreI’ve only been there two times, both times purchases have been over $40, which I’m ok with paying the price of the convenience to not go home and have to cook if I was late off from work. But both times they have not gotten my order right. I ordered asada fries 2 with all toppings and 1 without pico de gallo, guac and sour cream. Both times they have omitted my request and I’ve still had to come home and cook. On today’s visit they only had one asada fries correct, the other two had all toppings on one and the other one had all the toppings I didn’t want but absolutely NO MEAT in the ASADA fries.. So I called this second time and I was told that the only way that they can redo or refund is by going back and taking the incorrect food.. so because of their mistake I would have to go through the hassle of taking 20 minutes to get there , 10 min wait for them to cook, and another 20 mins to go back instead of being able to come home and enjoy dinner with my kids. I paid for convenience that I didn’t get and they can’t take my name and make it right on...
Read moreArrived about 12:15a.m. there was 1 car in the drive through and 2 people eating in the lobby. The cook told the female that there was a customer waiting. She acknowledged with a "Uh-huh". 5 minutes later a woman walked in and the cook again told the female that customers were still waiting. The female came out looking totally uninterested in her job. She asked the woman what she wanted and the woman asked for the key to the restroom. She then looked at me , turned around and started taking an order from a car that had just pulled into the drive through. I have been a Bartender in Vegas since 1986. I walked across the parking lot to Subways and got a sandwich instead. The guy working the graveyard shift was more than happy about the $5 tip on a $10 order. $5 is my usual tip for fast food. From now on I will be going to other options for...
