Smashburger — Restaurant in Henderson

Horrible we love smash burgers but this place was horrible there was someone there before us I notice just 1 girl was eating and the guy an other girl had no food at first, I didn’t think nothing of it. I placed my order with my husband it’s like I got to tell her several times how we want our food. My burger still came out wrong. They still put ketchup and mustard. I was pissed off. The cheese wasn’t even fully melted then they bring my husband‘s burger. He tells them just meat and cheese. He gets four patties. They still put mustard, so at this point his burger needs to go back I’m not gonna really complain about my burger to them because they already took 30 minutes to bring us our food. Then she forgets my french fries my waffle, sweet potato fries my rosemary fries were cold when they came out with my burger my husband‘s burger when it came out it had no fries I had to get up and go tell her hey like where’s my husband‘s fries she says it’s gonna take like 3 to 5 minutes if you could wait I had to consistently be on top of this girl like standing over there like as soon as our food came out I was like are you to give us our food she wasn’t doing nothing. She wasn’t waiting on customers. She was barely making the ice cream milkshakes for the people that I spoke about at the table that were sitting there with no food they were there before us and then she brings my husband fries after he’s almost halfway done with his burger. He has like two bites left my waffle fries were cold burnt everything was cold and there supposedly secret sauce tasted like pure mustard. It was yellow , it’s no sauce it’s just mustard so when we’re done eating we noticed she finally makes the milkshakes for the people that been there way before us and then the guys burger and fries finally come out and she’s like oh sorry about that so dang they’ve been sitting there Polly for a good hour waiting for their food. There was three people in the back cooking one cashier and then this other family comes in after us and I noticed they asked for water cups and she gives them all water cups and then they fill it all up with soda. Well damn I should ask for water cups too, and not paid for our drinks I didn’t know that’s how they establishment was ran just giving away water cups to everybody so they can fill up the soda , I feel these kids that work there are lazy they’re slow they feel they don’t get paid enough and they really don’t give a damn if I wasn’t on top of this girl for everything I never would’ve got my food. Trust me I would’ve been like the other table, sitting there, staring at each other waiting , we were already leaving and they were barely starting to eat their burgers that’s crazy we were there probably for like an hour. I will never go there again. It’s not all that this location is horrible. I just feel they don’t give a shit they let the food get cold , they’re their kids. They just care about their paycheck and skate on by when we were about to leave there was like five people waiting in line never once did she turn around and say hi welcome to Smashburger I’ll be right with you can you give me a moment she just kept her back towards the people, and she kept continuing to make milkshakes , I guess she had some orders to go but the milkshake wait for that Uber driver whoever’s picking it up gets there not making those people in line stand there and you’re ignoring them. I seen two people walk out, so get it together man you guys are a freaking train wreck never...

So my order was the scorching chicken tenders and smash fries. I would like to add that I’m always disappointed with lack of heat when it comes to spicy food here in vegas, but I was extremely surprised and I completely underestimated the spice and pain those tenders made me go through. It was soooo tasty and juicy and really really spicy. My tenders were caked in seasonings that didn’t contain salty ingredients so they weren’t salty. They were just a tad over seasoned for my taste but great nonetheless. They pair very nicely with blue cheese sprinkled over and a nice Oreo shake to combat the heat. I’ll also add that I’ve had my fair share of ‘paqui ghost pepper chips,’ and the tenders were far over that heat. One small thing I’d like to add about the chicken would be, it’s not strong in flavors other than spice, so they have a bit of a weird awkward taste that I personally didn’t mind too much. I definitely will recommend those tenders. Now, the smash fries were simple yet delicious to eat with the chicken. nicely seasoned. I’m so surprised by how good this burger really was! And the fries, wow! I got the classic fries, so delicious. They’re old school good! Unless you’re really down for some sweet potato fries. They have those too. I think sweet potato fries are over-rated. Back to the burger, trust me when I tell you, it’s as good as as it looks. You can totally taste the difference between a regular FF burger, and a 100% all Angus ground single Smashburger🍔 with cheese. I mean look at those pictures! This burger was put together with great care, and super fresh ingredients. I was lucky enough to meet the kind soul who made my burger. His name is Noah. If he’s in, here at the Eastern and Richmar (just South of Serene) location, I highly recommend his burger building skills! They are second to none. Seriously folks, I have a cheese burger like twice a year. I’m glad I chose this Smashburger. Next up, sometime in November, I’ll try Gordon Ramsey’s burger.
